We stayed two nights in this hotel attending an event. The room was clean and very spacious but we did not like it overlooking the indoor pool as we had to keep our curtains closed all the time and turn on the lights during the day. I don’t understand why we were given this particular room when most of the hotel was empty during our stay. Also, on arriving the front desk insisted that they did not have our reservation. I booked this hotel a week before the trip and had all the paperwork with the booking confirmation. It took long to get checked it after they finally found the reservation. This should not happen and this is something Expedia should be looking into especially because we encountered the same issue in the other hotel during the same trip.

The pool is fantastic. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool so my daughter and her friend could swim for her birthday. It has a seasonal outdoor pool that’s connected to the indoor pool. Highly recommend. Close to lots of restaurants.

Breakfast was incredible, wide selection of food and drinks. Rooms were fairly spacious and the lobby was beautiful. Interior rooms have very large windows that face the lobby, which can lend itself to less privacy. Easily avoidable by asking for an exterior room, but we weren't aware of the room orientation.

Disappointed in our stay. Our room floor was dirty. I had to use a towel to wipe up wet footprints from my kids after swimming and the towel I used was filthy afterwards. Then my wife found a sewing needle on the small area rug between the beds. Likely left behind by the previous guest, but shows that clearly they don’t vacuum or clean the floors between guests. One of my kids could have stepped on that needle! Also, all the “clean” pool towels had long dark hairs on them. The food we ordered for room service arrived with the wrong sandwiches for our kids, who then had to wait even longer to eat their dinner. We decided to splurge on a “fancier” hotel for our trip, but were less than impressed.
