Very nice place and staff was wonderful

The staff was very nice and helpful

Room was very clean and spacious, had a personal welcome message on TV. We got the King Suite, 3rd floor. Plenty of parking, amenities available are gym, pool goes inside and outside, restaurant, bar, laundry room. They also have businesses in there as well.

nothing to begin with our room was not accessible and I called ahead to make sure it was wheelchair accessible. The front desk person, Lori was not helpful with changing the room to something that we were supposed to have in the first place. Then the next day we were told the restaurant would be open at 4pm. We sat and waited and waited. The front desk guy said he would do "whatever he could to help and make things easier" but did nothing and when I went back up to see what was the problem he then told me they would open at 5. Starving- we ordered out instead. This visit was horrible, the room was not right and this was the second visit here for us in the past 6 months and we had the same issue. There is a lot of issues here, the worst part is, it effects the guest more than the staff.

Front desk was great. Server at breakfast was very nice. Food for dinner was substandard. Housekeeping manager was unpleasant.

The room was fine. The indoor/outdoor pool was taken over by a huge group of young kids the first day we were there and was not available for the next two days we were there. That was one of the reasons we booked there. Very disappointed. The staff kept telling us it was being cleaned. It would be available later. It NEVER WAS! You would think that a complimentary breakfast would have been a nice compensation for the lack of the pool for 2 days. But NO it was still 21.00 a plate. Very poor service.

There are no great hotels in the Cranberry area. This one was very comfortable and standard rooms were larger than most hotels. I would stay here again. Nice they have a restaurant on the premises.

Multiple nights with family and friends for a tournament. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. The beds were great and we liked the layout of the hotel. The indoor/outdoor pool was nice. Lounge area was welcoming and set up to allow for groups to hang out. Stylish designs. Surrounding shops and restaurants were great too. Easy drive into Pittsburgh, too.

Very good experience overall and close to a lot of food options. In house options we're great too. Even had a jewelry store!

Nice looking. Check in personal were kind and courteous. There were kids running through the hallways making noise late into the night. You’d think that for the price you would have better security, strict enforcement of rules. They charge extra for every little thing included bottled water.

Fabulous property. Room was very comfortable and welcoming. Staff was stand out. Exceptional all around - great rate and high quality.

Good location. Lobby was LARGE/a shock value when walking in. But the wonder stopped in the lobby. Was quite expensive for what you get. Water was still $8 in the room, breakfast not included for the price, room felt no fancier than a Comfort Inn. I booked this hotel for the pool, which was open, but cloudy with unfiltered water/bugs all over the top. Even an employee was unhappy with the water quality. I booked a hotel with a pool to use the pool, very disappointed. Should have just stayed at a Motel 6 for the value.
