The room was large The bed was terrible. The room was to hot and the air would not adjust. It was far too expensive for what we got. Paying for the name is not enough. Do better Double Tree.

Little things … I booked a king size bed and got two queens, which limited the space in the room. The closet was half height so my wife had to hang her dresses in the bathroom. Housekeeping only left two towels when we needed 3. I had to ask for more TP.

An excellent stay and an excellent staff. The bar and food from the restaurant was really a great quality and overall was very happy with the stay. Room and overall comfort level was also excellent. Will stay here again.

Room was ok, the wood floor was rather dirty and we seen some toothpicks and small things on the floor. We got a balcony to relax but was right next to all the ac units so very loud and our fridge didn’t work. We figured that out next day when all of our things were warm.

The man at the front desk, told us we could have free breakfast if our room wasn't ready at a certain time it wasn't ready at that time and he never gave us free breakfast. We asked about it and he said no.

We knew the pool should be good when traveling with family. The facility was nice but having a impressive facility it is easey to see the parts that are failing.

The beds were not great. They sagged toward the middle and my back paid for it. We changed rooms thinking it was just the one room/mattress but it was the same. Also, they put the SMOKING areas right in front of the main doors. How GROSS! We had to smell cigarette smoke while trying to hold our breath entering and exiting the hotel. Very poor choice of placement. People who don’t smoke and smell clean should not have to be exposed to this.

Wooden floor Lacks microwave which is good for families with kids. Light fixture in the restroom was loose.

Room was dirty and dusty. The shower was filthy. The staff did not take care of the issues I had brought up to them.

Beautiful hotel! Perfect location near food and shopping.

I had a problem with the property not being clean. The staff tried to make it right. We were first moved to another room which smelled really bad. We got switched back to our original room. The manager changed the bedding, She failed to change the stain duvet cover We ended up taking the cover completely of the bed.
