Easy on and off from Turnpike. For a hotel at this price point it was excellent. Clean and staff was super friendly.

The room was not clean. There were French fries on the floor. There was a sticky spot on the floor where something had been spilled and not cleaned up. There were eyelashes on the pillow. The chair had a large amount of crumbs on it. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I am not sure how it had as high of rating as what it did on Hotels.com when we booked it.

Odd smell in our room and extremely dirty carpet that me and my boyfriend had to throw our socks out. Otherwise, clean property, good parking and decent room for one night on our road trip down to NC.

The staff here is exceptional. They are very caring and kind to their guests. The hotel is outdated but super clean and fresh.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The hallway had a strong unpleasant odor, and the room also smelled bad, which made it uncomfortable. Cleanliness and freshness need significant improvement. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

I have stayed here before and came back because of the clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, convenient location, good price, good breakfast, helpful staff (mostly). One bathroom light bulb needed to be replaced and when I told a housekeeper, who was in the hall, about it, I thought that she would make sure that it was done that day. It wasn't. I did mention it downstairs when checking out. Other than that, it was just what I needed, nothing extraordinary but good reliable basics.

We had a large family reunion in the Mars area, and especially when the weather was bad we enjoyed many conversations in the lobby area.

The lamps weren’t plugged in and we were given two keys and only one worked. On Sunday we were getting breakfast at 7:15 and the scramble eggs were near gone and the yogurts were only one left in the case. Trash cans out front were running over and every day there were piles of trash next to a full trash can. Totally unacceptable for the money we spent. Way to many Hotels in the area to compete with. Do a better job and hire more people!
