Checking out The guy that checked me in was not nice at all, he didn't tell me about breakfast or let me know where elevators were etc.. I was happy to see a new face the next 2 days the lady at the desk was very nice. Spoke each time we entered the building.. I went down for breakfast at 8:50 there was Nothing! No restock.. I took the last orange, breakfast area was filthy! One elevator working for my 3 nights, took long time to get on .. I will never stay at this location again

AC was not working, room was not clean and unpleasant smell

The price, size of room, and friendly staff. The breakfast was pathetic. The pull out sofa bed had no bedding on it or anywhere in the room. I needed to use the extra bed at 3am and couldn't, even though that's the whole reason why I booked the extra bed.

Location, modern appliances, comfortable bed and pillows No shampoo (not enough) and conditioner, no iron, no hairdryer, stained towels and sheets, lamps not working, phone disconnected

Overall the facility was clean. My shower tiles were loose and due to that was not real clean. Leftover residue and the stainless handles felt oily/chemicals.

Clean rooms affordable price Breakfast . Worst breakfast .kids fell sick after eating muffins. And very limited or no items .

Friendly staff and very clean.. Not much variety of food choices at continental breakfast.

The staff was so friendly and personable! Room access was easy with a dog. Going there with a pitbull mix i was nervous of reactions, but I couldn't of felt more welcomed. My suite was clean, and with a quick call to the front desk I was able to get cutlery and plates to cook. There was no TV guide, and my door was hard to shut. I felt like I had to slam it.

Nothing was great Breakfast was subpar. Rooms were subpar. AC broken. Bodily fluid on sofa bed. Unprofessional staff with crude humor. Subpar gym. Lights did not work in room. Nothing was fixed.

The staff were nice. Didn't get the room I reserved. The room is did get was disgusting. Not clean at all, ceiling peeling off, no covers on electrical recepticles, and the room smelled terrible.

Front desk staff was wonderful! The room was big and spacious and nicely laid out with a wonderful large bathroom. The kitchen area was nice with a full-size fridge although no dishes, pots, pans or utensils! Was nice and quiet but the elevator was slow af! That you don’t get any kitchen equipment included. I’m sure this is because of theft but it’s really inconvenient! Luckily you can get bowls, utensils etc upon request. Slow elevator. Minimal breakfast if you can even call it that.

What an amazing place! We arrived after a power-outage in the city and the electronic systems were down. My booking was not pulling up, but the hotel staff was so nice and placed us in a wonderful room. After travelling so far and after “not so pleasant” experiences in other hotel, this was definitely a highlight and I would absolutely recommend to others and stay there again next time I am in town. Thank you! Everything was great!

Everything Nothing

Location. Needs updated. Men’s restroom in lobby was out of order. The sinks in women’s lobby restroom did not work (probably explains why the towel dispenser was empty, too). Security lock on hotel room door was broken. Pull-out couch bed had a dead bug on mattress cover. No extra amenities (like hair dryer, dishes).

Oh and one of the elevators was out of order

Staff was pleasant room was a good value I was on the 4th floor and the elevator did not work - the staff said they would provide a discount if my 3rd party booking team asked for it. Please do. The microwave didn't work. There was a hot plate there but there was no cooking supplies to heat anything up

It looked very nice with a fitness center and pool with hot tub. The room didn’t have a TV remote so we couldn’t watch TV. The staff couldn’t help.
