Very good

Definitely an improvement over other hotels in the area we have stayed at. Close access to the turnpike as well.
-
The only complaint I have about my staying was the breakfast. It was not breakfast any single day. That was an inconvenience.
-
Nice spacious rooms, quiet and calm space. Only 1 elevator was working but was not a big deal. Pillows were a bit flat

A wet tile behind the door in bathroom on hook Mold in grouting on bathroom wall lots of it. No toilet paper in bathroom No sheets for pull out bed. No blankets for beds even though requested two different times. Also the beds were not two queens and a queen pull out couch, they were very close to full size. No direct way to call front desk Given a paper at checkin stating we need to bring down the sheets, towels and garbage when we are leaving? No where was that stated when I reserved the room. 5 day stay and charge machine still not working so front desk has to punch in by hand any card transactions where they then see your entire card number exp date and CVV code. A security nightmare. The young man that was at the front desk told me i needed to come back down and checkin again. Once there he stated we owed him $124 above the $80 room rate. His explanation was that “ They wanted to charge me a higher rate for the room after it was paid for because “ the hotel wasn’t sold out that night” so we needed to pay a higher fee! The room had already been paid for on sunday night but not at the rate i was quoted. Front desk staff aside from Nora who was working way harder than she should have and was there all 5 days we were there. She was always kind and friendly and tried to be as helpful as she could. I dont understand how a national chain

Breakfast could’ve been a little more bountiful and it would have been nice to be able to get coffee even after breakfast was over. I had to search for cream and sugar, which I didn’t find.
-
Ceiling in room pealing, floor dirty, broken dresser drawer, dusty in corners, couch, and under beds. The beds were clean and comfortable in spite of the condition of the rest of the room. Bathroom was clean. Staff helpful to supply low stocked items (booked for 4, stocked for 2).

bed bugs blood stains dirty room used sheets on King bed mold on bed frame toe nail clippings on floor have pictures to back it all up dont stay here ever.

Breakfast was basically nonexistent. Went down for coffee and thank goodness I had my own cup. No cups for coffee. Nothing really to eat except several yogurt containers and some oatmeal but no cups/bowls for that. Do better when you advertise “free breakfast”.

The room was filthy, hair on the towels, grime in the shower, debris on the floor. Staff wasn't helpful.

The room had a moderate odor, a combination of disinfectant and sweet orange. The smell persisted throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was so skimpy that I passed it three times when I was looking for it. Breakfast offerings included small, hard oranges the size of billiard balls, small granola bars, and coffee with no plain creamer. Not at all what was advertised. The television picture froze after a few minutes and would not resume. There was no clock in the room that was visible from the bed. Every possible amenity found normally in other hotels required a payment. Cleaning the room, replacing used towels, making th3e bed - these all cost extra for a person staying only a few days. Very disappointing.

The hotel was very quiet. The other guests we encountered were friendly.

Flight got In late , luggage was late , we didn’t get to the hotel in an uber till 2 am and the hotel cancelled the reservation, front desk person would not let us check in at all, even if we offered to pay for the night . asked us to walk 50 yards in the dark to another hotel. We asked if we could just use a credit and check in again the next morning . They said No. And on top of that they would not reimburse us at all, even if they keep fee for one night , should reimburse us for the next 3 nights (reservation was for 4 nights ). First time ever for us to experience a hotel would not let a guest check in, 2 am! Would not recommend it. They should understand we are travelers and sometimes arrival times can change and we didn’t mean to get there at 2 am! Got hectic that we forgot to call. They should have called , but then we were in flight , at least leave a message if there was an issue with us not getting there before their auditor did!

Terrible smell from the 2nd floor, no extra towels, or help from staff. The woman who works overnight is a nightmare

This hotel needs updating, badly. Check-in took 15minutes with a super inefficient tablet and desk worker Breakfast consisted of a 5 packaged muffins, 3 oranges, a dozen single serve yogurts, and 6 granola bars. I would not stay here again.

One of the two elevators was out of service and had been for months according to two guests I spoke with who had been staying there for that long. The “hot breakfast” was packs of instant oatmeal. No napkins. Unfriendly staff
