Room wasnt really clean, bottles.under bed, coffee pot didnt work, sheets were ripped.

The room was nice and clean, but there were seeral things left in the hallways that never moved the two/tree days I was there.. Staff ws friendy enough,. Juice machine was out of order. oTherwise good.

Nice breakfast. Rooms outdated and had stained/torn bedding. Room was clean, hotel is outdated. Ice machine broken, juice machine broken, and the hotel had a weird smell

Ice machine on first floor not working. Juice machine for breakfast wasn’t working. Daily cleaning of room wasn’t being done unless stay was 3 or more days. Basically sleep and get out of there.

Ice machine broken. Breakfast drink machine broken…could have at least put out a pitcher of ice water. Room carpet was gross feeling. Had to keep shoes on. Bathroom ceiling paint was chipping terribly and literally falling on the floor. Stood in 3 inches of water when showering. Filth around washcloth bar ends. Very disappointed.

The staff was rude, walls so thin you could hear your neighbors constantly, and overall it was not a pleasant stop.

The receptionist was a little rude seemed annoyed I was taking some of her time. The carpets are old and seemed dirty - time to replace!

The AC in my room did not work. The building smelled very strongly of marijuana and the ceiling in my bathroom was peeling and flaking all over the floor. The staff was not helpful and was condescending about my AC. When I checked out, I was told a 1 night credit would be given but then that did not happen. For reasons no one can give me.

The staff was excellent but the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The bed skirts were dirty, there were some sort of red stains on the door and the first room smelled musky. To the staff's credit they switched my room to a better smelling one and cleaned the sheets and door the next day but I would have liked the room to be cleaner without having to ask. Breakfast was good, AC good, and overall fine for a 2 star property. Really just failed on cleanliness.
