Clarion Inn Cranberry Township

This is a good choice in the area for a night or two. Plenty of restaurants nearby and good highway access. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty much the standard free hotel food, but it was all there and seemed to be replenished frequently.

Needs some improvements. Not enough staff.

Stay was awful. Had to Change my own light bulb. No housekeeping . Towel and food bags outside rooms . Lots of bugs. Carpet in hall peeling . Breakfast awful. Selections limited . Will never stay at any choice hotels

Immediately the check-in staff absolutely made me feel like an inconvenience, and there was a bad smell on the first floor. She did not tell us where our room was but just handed us the key card and returned to the back room instead. We were on the second floor, which also didn’t smell good but was better than the first floor. Our bedding was on backwards (seams facing out) which was odd, and some of the bedding was stained. The room overall struck me as gross. Morning checkout staff was also rude and chasing around her apparently sick child who she had to keep from school. Overheard that the child had thrown up and then was just running around the breakfast area which really put me off breakfast. I’m not even sure why I’m giving this place two stars. I guess at least there was breakfast, and no bugs that I saw, but I would absolutely not stay here again.

The room and property were very well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with some variety.

Mold on bedsheets

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with lots of towels. The room was maintained at a cool temperature.

Clean room, comfortable bed, tiny bathroom. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Nice hot Breakfast.

It is in an area where you can find multi things, food gas sports bars etc. The staff are very friendly. They have the breakfast set up nice and keep it fresh.

The hotel was quiet and easy to get to The paint was peeling in the ceiling in the bathroom and the bathroom and door.

Sewer backups on property and rooms smelled and felt muggy. Also bath drain was not working

We like to stay here when we go to Pittsburg. It is convenient and clean. Good breakfast

Stayed 1 night in our way to Cleveland. The rooms definitely need attention. I had to get under the sink to fix the drain as the drain plug wouldn't lift. As the front desk was less than interested when we checked in, figured it would be pointless to call for assistance with the drain. The hallway looked like it had experienced more than 1 high-school party

If you are on a budget this is an adequate centrally located hotel. The hotel needs some TLC and updates but the daily cleaning seemed fine.
