I was having major surgery and it was close to the hospital. The room was super small. Looked much bigger in the pictures. Water went from ice cold to piping hot, no in between and there was no shower curtain. The room had a chemical smell and my eyes burned the whole time I was there. The AC didn't work well. Our room didn't get very cool at all

I hated it. I left 15 minutes after arriving. I would not let my dog sleep in one of those rooms. Musty, smelly old. Bathroom had old stained tub. Room was musty and smelly. Carpets had some kind of fragrance on them that stuck to your shoes and then when you walked out you had that smell in your car. Nasty!!!!! There was a man swing a sward in the parking lot. Very Dangerous.

The room was the perfect size. The bathroom was perfect. Only one thing though, there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom.
-
The bed was nice and comfortable. Continued friendly service. Good coffee as well. Very reasonable price.
-
Near great food and easy to get to from the road. There was not anything I did not like.
-
The place is a dump!!! Not clean air not working holes and chunks mossing on curtains
-
The only problem was the faucet was leaking out water when I turned it on to wash up and brush my teeth.

The clerk was very pleasant and patient. She also showed me where the coffee and other facilities were located. The room was very cozy. The pillows were very comfortable and it had a nice cushy chair to sit on. It was the least expensive hotel I stayed, but the best. The only problem was the faucet was leaking out water when I turned it on to wash up and brush my teeth.

I was cheap. Wall falling apart, dust building up on TV, found a petrified used rag on the shower rod, and it smelled like musty dog and cigarette smoke. We ended uo not even staying the second night of our stay and went to another hotel because it was so disgusting.
-
We walked into our room and it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke I got an instant headache ashes all over the bed side tables the floor was so gross your shoes stuck to the floor coffee pot was duscusting but no cups nor coffee vending machines broken

It definitely was no frills HVAC didn't work

The hotel is closed completely. We booked in August/paid, and drove in on the 10th. The building was completely locked and dark. Tried calling the hotel directly, and it went straight to answering machine. Had to get a last minute room at another hotel, and they said that Red Roof has been closed for almost a year. In the process of getting a refund from Hotels.com
-
The fact that they were closed and still advertising on all the sites for reservations!!! A great location does not help if they are invisible!!!
-
THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED AND EXPEDIA REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY!!!!
-
I arrived for my reservation to find the complex abandoned and a sign with an out if state number to call for information. The hotel had a major water leak and shut down without notifying guests or any of the reservation websites.

I showed up and it was completely closed. Condemned. I had a room booked. Heh. I mean, I wish Expedia would have told me about that. I’d like a refund obviously.
