Sheets had stains and tub flooded. Not a good experience at all.

Room was outdated, but served the purpose for just needing a place to sleep. Good price.

The room was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable.

I had an unexpected issue and needed to check out earlier than planned. When I went down to return the room keys, there was no staff at the hotel. I waited for over an hour for anyone from management or the front desk to show up, but no one ever came. I even called the hotel directly from my personal phone, but nobody answered. On top of that, the smell throughout the hotel was very unpleasant.

Disgusting room filthy

We travel from PA to Michigan ...stopping along the way to get a shower and sleep . We planned our stop at this Cranberry exit before traveling at an easy on and easy off PA turnpike exit . This Quality Inn was .....Noticably at a good Exit and also noticeably older and run down .The room was fairly clean but no matter how hard you try you just can't clean " Old". We checked in and slept and left ...

Everything was great except the pillows being too soft. Didn't sleep well due to my neck hurting.

Hotel is very convenient to PA turnpike. Obviously older, it was decently maintained and my room was quite nice. It seems to draw fewer guests than newer or more upscale hotels. I didn't use wifi or the pool. Breakfast was basic and some food could have been hotter. Bathroom was compact but clean, lacking only a rubber bathtub mat (no grab bar). Staff businesslike, not smiling.

This hotel looking great in the lobby but once in the room,it was a different story. It smelled horrible! The a/c was running and everything was damp. Had a hole in the floor that was just covered up by the carpet. The bathroom towels had stains and the bathtub was disgusting. Will never stay here again. Not worth the money we paid

My key never worked and staff responded with, did you giggle it. Toilet did not flush properly. One night houskeeping came in the evening. Would not book again

Very Dirty

Room felt very humid and caused me and my coworker to have sore throats after staying. Breakfast could’ve been better, when they were awake to make it.

From the moment we walked into our room and smelled that dingy cigarette smell I knew from that moment, it wasn’t gonna be great. Bathroom door handle broken yellow, dingy curtains, stained towel, towels, and hand towel towels. There was only one that wasn’t. There’s many more things that I could list here but I only have 1500 characters. I will never step foot onto this property ever again, and you would think that the quality incorporate would have some sort of standards for their constituents to follow. The bathtub was multicolored not to mention a huge crack in the wall. It looks like some Money went into maybe the lobby and the breakfast area and the Culture stackable Stone that they used for the lobby entrance other than that the rest of the place for my guest hasn’t been touched since they opened. Icing on the cake they charge $100 for a deposit and with all the damage that I saw in my room and in the hallways and around the property, none of those deposits were collected and if they were if they weren’t put to good use. Don’t stay here if you can help it

Returned to this hotel knowing it was good. We chose an exterior room this time and it wasn’t as clean as the interior we had last time but it was otherwise clean.

Parts of room smelled like dog piss. Carpet was not vacuumed at all and disgusting. Even for a pet-friendly hotel, this level of negligence with cleaning is unacceptable. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

I didn't have enough time to try out the pool and their breakfast room.
