Quality Inn Cranberry Township

Excellent proximity to stores and food. Pool was clean and fun. Room given was smaller and not on 2nd floor like Reservation implied but was cleaned and well stocked.

Quiet stay, clean room and good breakfast

Rug in the room had a large red stain by the bathroom. The attendant said it was rust from a recent water issue but it looked like blood. Microwave was disgusting and I wouldn’t use it to heat up our food. The tv didn’t work, there was peeled paint and rust in the bathroom. If I was traveling by myself I would have left. The only good thing was the attendant let us use the pool until 9:30pm which was great as we had been travelling with a 7year old that really wanted an outside pool. We got in at 8:45pm and the pool hours were 8-8.

Nice stay, microwave was not working properly and someone came right away to fix it. Pool was clean and tidy, even though the water was very cold. Breakfast was a great add! Someone was smoking cigarettes on our floor it smelled horrible, after we returned from shopping the floor had been clean and freshened the air. Only one elevator in the building so it was a wait to get upstairs or back down. Overall would come again room was clean, bug free.

A nice place to stay for a few days. Breakfast was very good. Though the location was close to highways, the noise was not a problem. Only thing, not major, the TV operation is not the most convenient.

Requested a first floor room when reserving, called to confirm request. When we checked in we were given 3rd floor at the very end of a long hall. Elderly person with breathing issues had a hard time making it to the room

Staff, rooms, accommodation of special requests, location, price, help when dates changed and flexibility and happy to help! Can’t think of anything.

Clean and comfortable, Good breakfast and nice decor/seating in the lobby.

The hotel is clean but a little dated. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool area is a relaxing place to just sit and enjoy the evening if you don't want to swim. The hallways were extremely warm when we were there but that was not a big issue.

Clean everyday and it’s nice!

We were on the third floor. When you walked on the carpet the floor did not seem secure in spots and when I took off my shoes, the carpet felt weird, like it was wet and dirty. I quickly put my shoes back on and did not walk on the carpet bare foot again. The top of desk was not cleaned properly either. Thankfully, the bedding was clean and we just needed a place to sleep, so that is what we did and then left in the morning.

I liked it

Price. The front desk person was considerate to give me an inside room for myself and my 3 kids. The room was able to be made very cool on a hot night! The sheets are pretty thin and the plastic mattress cover is very thick so it feels like your sleeping on plastic.

Our air didn’t work and ended up leaking all night. We also had so many issues with our the key cards and trying to get into our room because the door stick.

Nice outdoor pool. One of few hotels in the area with an outdoor pool. People working here were courteous and helpful. Not a clean facility and furnishings were outdated. Microwave made a loud sound. Rust near floor around the tub. Every morning had to make a special request to have instant oatmeal to be bought out to the breakfast area. After walking on the carpet our feet would be black. Carpet’s haven’t been cleaned for some time.
