Staff friendly. Room could have been cleaner. One bed had dirty bedding. Parking lot could have better lighting.

Breakfast was good. Air conditioner worked well. Good hot water in shower. It’s a little run down. Large spider web on inside of window. No hair dryer in room but asked for one and got one. I wouldn’t stay here again. Sorry

The desk manager went above her duties. We got wet clothes and she dried and folded and delivered to our room thank you The pool heater wasn't working well

Breakfast was bad. Rotten bananas with fruit flies, alternative orange juice. Bathrooms near lobby were either out of service or filthy.

Pet friendly. Pool with access to outdoor patio Seemed a bit trashy. Hallways smelt of pot. Breakfast items looked old. Fruit flies flying around the fruit bowls. Vending machines dont work with bank card. Front desk lady acted scared of my super friendly dog and was screaming and running away when I went to take him outside, and he was on a leash. Hes a big dog and maybe she is scared of dogs but hes very friendly and made me uncomfortable that she acted that way. Hotel seemed a bit run down, especially for price per night.

Way too hot in the hotel (81 degrees on the thermostat in the breakfast room). Staff walking around barefoot, room not well cleaned (hair in the corners on bathroom floor upon arrival, dirty looking tub, missed some obvious things when vacuuming). Smelled damp through the place and kinda mildew in the room. Loud a/c. People drinking and talking loud at 10:30pm right outside - then left a pile of empty beer cans inside the hotel door. Breakfast was pretty standard budget hotel fare but it was actually ok… appreciated the stevia packets. Regardless - would never stay there again.

Not much. Maybe easy to get to and had restaurants nearby. It wasn’t clean especially the auxiliary exits. The place had lots of chipped walls and furniture. The bathroom had an old telephone receptacle that was painted over with wires in it. There was some suspicious stuff by the tub. Couldn’t get the tv to work properly. Just very disappointed that americinn have let this happen. Use to feel safe to book one but not anymore. The last few have been poor and I don’t think I would use booking anymore if this is the quality you have. Priced way over the top for a poor quality hotel.

I booked through Expedia, which I will never do again. Although they gave me almost a full refund… The American Inn in Marshfield, Wisconsin was not a pleasant site… The foyer was filthy. The blinds throughout the hotel were torn ripped crooked… And the workers were smoking outside right by the entrance.

Wonderful whirlpool suite!

The room was bigger than my apartment. Very clean. The huge bathtub was inviting but the dial to close the drain was broken so I could only shower. The only decaf coffee in the lobby was in the same machine as the regular coffee so no real separation. I asked if there was a closer door to carry my luggage in and was told the main door was the best route. I later found a door just steps away.

The room we had wasn't cleaned before they gave it to us. Found dirty kleenex in my bed. The bathtub and bathroom was not clean and the carpets throughout where we walked looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. They moved us to another room where at least 2 outlets didn't work including the only one in the bathroom and we had trouble with the toilet flushing. We did not use the breakfast bar!
