The place was fine.

It was nice, the beds were comfortable. Wish breakfast would have gone later then 9am.

Not much. Maybe easy to get to and had restaurants nearby. It wasn’t clean especially the auxiliary exits. The place had lots of chipped walls and furniture. The bathroom had an old telephone receptacle that was painted over with wires in it. There was some suspicious stuff by the tub. Couldn’t get the tv to work properly. Just very disappointed that americinn have let this happen. Use to feel safe to book one but not anymore. The last few have been poor and I don’t think I would use booking anymore if this is the quality you have. Priced way over the top for a poor quality hotel.

I booked through Expedia, which I will never do again. Although they gave me almost a full refund… The American Inn in Marshfield, Wisconsin was not a pleasant site… The foyer was filthy. The blinds throughout the hotel were torn ripped crooked… And the workers were smoking outside right by the entrance.

Wonderful whirlpool suite!

The room was bigger than my apartment. Very clean. The huge bathtub was inviting but the dial to close the drain was broken so I could only shower. The only decaf coffee in the lobby was in the same machine as the regular coffee so no real separation. I asked if there was a closer door to carry my luggage in and was told the main door was the best route. I later found a door just steps away.

Gross, left over drinks in the fridge, hair on the walls in the bathroom, chipping paint everywhere, 2x4 exposed to hold the cloest door up, bathtub didnt drain. When we asked for a different room we got an even worse one. We actually took our bags out when leaving in the morning to visit my dad in the hospital because we didnt trust leaving our belongings. Breakfast looked absolutely terrible, they were out of everything and still had 2 hours to go. No one around to ask. The only good thing was the coffee and even that tasted like mud! I would shut this place down, hazardous on my levels. Did I mention the unlocked outside doors that are suppose to be locked or the person working wearing her pajamas and sleeping in the back?!

He could have not had better service or better stuff anywhere we stayed. The woman at the front desk when we checked in (late evening) was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. The next time we are in town there is no question about where we will stay.

Toilet wasn't clean, shower wall was peeling off!

Close to place i was going to The rooms were not clean especially the bathroom. There was stains on toilet, the shower wall was peeling off. The bed sheets had stuff on it. We had to wipe off. Was too tired or we would have complained. Morning of leaving we still had our sign out and hotel staff opened our room!! ?‍♀️?‍♀️

I think our room was in the process of being redone, especially the bathroom. But overall a good stay for the money.

The location is fine, besides the floor in the bathroom and the carpeting the room we had needs to be renovated especially the bathroom. For what we paid i expected better.

Staff very friendly. Love the room with King Bed, so comfy! Plenty of room, in room. Love the heated pool, had a blast, well stocked on towels. Breakfast was good, with make yourself waffles. Fresh coffee, and fruit. Has cereal and milk for kids. Will definitely stay HERE, again! N/A

No one came to front desk, had to call hotels number to get someone. Sidewalks weren’t shoveled and were extremely hard to walk on. Our bathroom door knob was hanging off, the tv screen was blurry even after trying to adjust settings, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the “fresh” towel hung over the ledge of the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. Worst experience we’ve ever had. This trip was not for leisure, it was a hospital stay so we only needed the room to sleep and shower. Gross!

Location was perfect for visiting family. Has small business area. Pool was perfect, with plenty of towels. Breakfast was decent, with make yourself waffles, cereals, milks, juices, has hot foods too,and plenty of fresh fruit. Room was very good sized, and very comfortable bed. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on wall. Overall, a very good stay- and will stay here again If heat bulb in bathroom worked.

There was literally a space heater in our room for heat. This place is an absolute joke.
