Comfortable beds, okay lighting in room. Ample parking. Door #4 wouldn't fully close and secure unless slammed shut. Good location between shopping, dining, medical services. Strong scent of chlorine throughout first floor.

The room was clean and nice. But no coffee in the room, you had to go to the attached restaurant and pay $4.00 a cup. The worst was no elevator, I wish hotels would tell you up front when there isn't an elevator.

Room was clean, bathroom clean towels needs to be a little softer, the mattresses need to be changed very lumpy and too soft. I would stay again if beds are better

The hotel staff was good. Our keycard kep not working, they said to keep it away from any electronic devices, so i put it in my shirt pocket and still stopped working. It maybe was the reader on the door, we had keys redone 4 times in our three days. Rooms were decent, beds were wrapped in waterproof bed protector which makes you sweat if you are that type of person. The pool area was nice and the attached bar/restaurant was very convenient and the food was good, drinks were cold and the atmosphere was nice.

The bar/restaurant closes at 10 it would be nice if it was open later.

Great staff ,however dated facility but very clean. No real on site facilities to buy snacks besides a vending machine. Excellent breakfast buffet,

Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable The person at the desk wasn't nice. I had booked my room online and I chose the downstairs stairs level because I have a bad foot and they put us up on the upper level and when I told her I wanted to be on the lower level she replied well I have nothing downstairs when there clearly there was.

Having two people at the front desk seemed a bit unnecessary, unless one of them was currently in training.

Little dated but overall clean.

Chlorine smell permeated the hallways from the pool and hot tub, the hot tub was wonderful though. Also the the lack of elevator made it hard for us with my significant other having knee and back problems.

Our stay was very enjoyable, cleanliness was important and met our expectations. Having a restrauant area attached was great as well! Our room did have some noise issues after midnight by young people either outside or close by which was a bit annoying

Location was good, close to hospital. Breakfast was ok, need longer hours, especially on weekends. No elevator in building.

It was a spacious room., but the shower was pour, the water ran out of the handle more than the head.

Location was convenient with lots of services nearby. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was pretty good, but only served until 8am. Staff was good.
