Woodfield Inn and Suites

Breakfast could use some fruit and things for ppl on keto diet.

It matched pretty well with the price paid. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and bed was comfortable, but minimal amenities otherwise

The breakfast was delicious

My only complaint is that there isn't a elevator to help take bags and coolers up to the 2nd floor.The bar/restaurant was fantastic with good food and friendly staff.We'll be back.

The carpet was filthy. The breakfast was small and terrible. The staff was useless in trying to get us in a room after three door lock mechanisms failed. Do not stay at this property.

The staff was so friendly , in the motel and in the restaurant . The pool area needed a little attention in the ceiling and also above the ice machine on the first floor. Our room was great and very comfortable. Will stay there again.

Excellent staff, friendly, but still business like. Excellent breakfast! The room maintenance could be better. Room 124 door lock is ready to fall off and sometimes fails to lock, the shower fixture leaks more water than the shower head, and the room says non-smoking, but the odor says different. They should fully deodorize and if the smoke smell comes up after someone vacates, there should be an additional charge to deodorize the room again.

Breakfast was hot and fresh and delicious, just small selection. Rooms were clean, pool area was busy and people weren't following rules with glass bottles but hotel employees didn't confront violaters. There was hair in the pool. But there was clean towels available at all times. There is no elevator to get luggage upstairs. All employees were friendly except one front desk personal. Stay was fun, but experience could have been better!

You should replace all bed pillows. You need to put single serve coffeemakers in each room. See above

Tub drained very slowly. The door to the room was very squeaky.

Room was clean and neat. Big room plenty of room to move around. Jacuzzi style tub but didn't get a chance to use it. Very helpful staff and manager helped us with an issue we had with our reservation with ease. I'd definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Location was great close to all shops and convenience stores in downtown.

The stay was overall mediocre. The desk staff did not apprear to enjoy their work. It was clear other customers were frustrated with amenities too. Third door to outside was broken from inside. We were unable to go outside from this door. The sink in the suite near front, hot water faucet did not work. Also, Woodfield Inn should not advise coffee amenities in room with pictures of coffee pots in rooms on Expedia because they no longer offer coffee amenities other than at breakfast in their restaurant. There is however a Starbucks next door.

Food!

The room was ok. Not happy with being close to the pool. Definitely wasn't happy with the joining room!!

Love the updates to the property, the rooms looked very good. The staff was very good , kind and helpful. Thank You for a great stay

Breakfast was good. Nothing special.

Night Front desk clerk was excellent. House cleaning decided to knock on everyone's doorson our floor at 8: 25am. And wake everyone up.
