Simplicity Inn

Dirty, moisture damaged, and humid - AC was left on during a 93° day and couldn't cool the room until after midnight. Sheets and bedding were obviously dingy. Mounting and repairs done lazily and looked unprofessional.

I did not stay . I checked in early and went to an doctor appointment and was not put under so I was able to drive home . The manager said he would try and discount room , still waiting for that . Dont believe him anymore, even though he was very helpful at the start .

It's an honest value for the money.

Big space under the entrance door. Had to stuff with towels so no critters would ocme in.

There was a lamp in a corner by the bathroom door. At one time the lamp cord was fastened to the wall. That is no longer the case. The cord was laying on the floor with two rusty screws facing up. Stepping on one of these would be painful and bloody. I will not be staying here again.

Good value for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The only issue are the walls are thin and you can hear the other guests so it was quite noisy but again for the price it was more than I expected.

When booking, I was just looking foir simple respectable lodgings and that is exactly what I got. TV, fridge, microwave, desk, desk chair and comfy chair in addition to bed and bathroom. No ammenities worth relying on. Located near several restaraunts and shops without being right on an extremely busy road. The noise rating was not something the property management could help, as it was another guest (family) and the adults could be heard working on settling the children. The property is new for the management and the clerk (owner?) was friendly and accomodating. There were many repairs and cleaning details that should be handled better. Imagine a hunting cabin tended to by a bachelor with little handyman skill. Still, for a place to sleep and get a break from a choatic schedule its just fine.

The property manager Drew is very friendly and helpful. He will help the guests with anything they need. Drew takes the time and makes sure guests are comfortable.

I did like it. Guest above me where up all night and I didn't get much sleep. But my stay was nice.

This is a run down old motel with a lot of deferred maintenance. There appears to be no effort made to remodel, update freshen up or improve the property. The room smelled very stale. Worn, dirty carpet. Dark. Minimal lighting. Small rooms. Needs paint. Owner/manager lives on premise. Can't or won't communicate. Don't know if he speaks English. After viewing the room, I forfeited my non-refundable 1 night rent and stayed elsewhere. I can't believe Expedia includes this motel on their listings.

Ended up not staying there When going to check in, found out the room was still occupied. Weren't going to checkout for another couple of hours. The room was still going to have to be cleaned! Room was also on the 2nd floor - no elevator. Not good with person who had recent surgery. Ended up not staying there!

Stains all over carpet, stains on the chair. Air vents on the wall all rusted. Water pressure very low, water trickled out of faucet. Towels very thin and worn looked grungy. Dead bolt on door didn't work.

Not safe! No breakfast

Once again, a hotel with people living there.

Smelled, old,no continental breakfast, bathroom falling apart

The air conditioner was taped to the wall and the bathroom door was falling off the hinges.
