Hampton Inn Martinsburg

Room was clean, had same front desk lady and she’s very welcoming. Parking was good didn’t have breakfast this time, but last time was good variety of things offered

This was our first stay at this location and it was fabulous! From the front desk staff greeting us with smiles and complimentary water, to the nice fresh clean room, we felt comfortable immediately. We stayed 2 nights and unfortunately we didn’t get to try the pool but it looked really nice! Breakfast was hot and fresh and had a lot of choices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

The room was very big and clean. Breakfast also had various options and the staff was really friendly.

Had for rooms in total 18 of us traveling was overnight stop with so much in walking distance, staff was very polite, helpful. Had breakfast 6-10 for the price was perfect

Great accommodations for the price

The staff kept messing up the computer. Keys quit working every day. Charged my debit card when I asked to use a different card. Could not fix it.

70th Birthday Party, and a 2026 graduate celebration. Also family living in Martinsburg visit. My wife and I are not picky people, everything was okay.

This is a nice hotel and clean. Myself and my children love the pool. I love the area you can walk to get food.

Breakfast is below what you would expect from a Hampton Inn or Marriott Hotel. Little fruit. Poor yogurt choices. Eggs and sausager were inedible. Packaged eggs and chicken sausage.

Staff friendly Was awaken at 4am when hotel staff opened my door thinking room was not occupied let front staff know during checkout and they were aware of worker entering my room causing me to not sleep after 4am

Great property, great stay

I did ask for another luggage rack because the one in the room was broken. The front desk staff said they would provide another but it never happened. Other than that the stay was fine.
