Great and easy hotel. Comfortable and clean, pool is nice. Facilities are modern and the space feels fresh. Breakfast was yummy! Good for families visiting Martinsburg

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. The wait staff in the dining room was excellent. Have to mention Faith at the reception desk. She was wonderful.

Room could do with some upgrade...bed not vert comfortable, bumpy and too soft pillows. Mold in corners of bathroom tub and sink need addressing by housekeeping. It's a stay where you do get what you pay for.

The wifi wasn't exactly too useful for my personal devices and there was only one washer and dryer available, so that was a pain. The pool was small but relatively empty for my entire stay, at least whenever I went to use it. The gym only has weights and cardio stuff not much equipment to work out other parts of your body like some specific muscle groups. The staff was helpful for the most part and room service did a good job, the location is in a good place around a lot of walkable stores and places to eat. All around a nice hotel regardless of how long you plan to stay.
