The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and clean. There are a number of places to eat at close by. The full size refrigerator is nice.

Room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Room was stocked with complete kitchen, fridge and dishes, utensils. Sofa seating area provided in addition to sleeping area. Substantial breakfast foods were offered as well.Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely will stay again.

The staff are friendly and very, very helpful. The only comment I would suggest is there’s a lot of dog pool in one section outside that could used to be cleaned up because unfortunately owners don’t do it.

Very convenient location off the interstate and near many stores and restaurants. The property was very clean and safe. I would highly recommend this property.

Before my stay, I also contacted the property through Expedia to confirm whether small pets were allowed, but I never received a response. When I arrived with my kitten, the front desk did not inform me that there would be an additional $55 pet fee. The charge was simply added without any prior notice or explanation. Overall, the billing process was extremely confusing and lacked transparency. I am very disappointed with the experience and would like a detailed explanation of all charges, as well as a refund for any fees that were not properly disclosed in advance.

Staff very friendly, the room was super large (King Suite). Stayed on the 4th of July. A/C was super cold - and room was well appointed. The bed was comfortable - but did make my back sore the next day - that was the only thing. No complaints. Would stay again if in town that way. Room rate was reasonable. They have everything you need and there was no weird smells, and no damage in the room like most hotels there is always something. Kitchen was well stocked, although we did not use. Wifi was good. Good food at Copper Kiln bar/sports pub. Small, local good food. Lots of choices within 2 minutes of hotel. Felt safe there.

The pool was extremely cold. And it was supposed to be heated

Always my go to hotel when traveling

This was a fine place to stay for a couple of nights. The room was comfortable (though I wish the bathroom and shower were larger). The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. There was a nice selection of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive

Would stay there again

The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The hallways reaked of marijuana and when I talked to the front desk about it, they said they couldn’t do anything to air out the hallways. They also said they couldn’t do anything about anyone staying there unless they actively saw someone smoking marijuana (do better WV). I let them know that they can open their air vents on the roof, and the staff downstairs didn’t seem to know anything about something like that. The carpets also need a good cleaning.

Coming from one Home2 suites in PA to WV, the staff was completely different. Staff in Pa was so kind went above and beyond and in WV just ckd us in and that was it. Didn’t offer dog treats, water, snacks nothing. That was a little disappointing. I’ve stayed at a LOT of Home2 suites that is my go to Hotel when we travel bc it’s perfect for our family. This one was clean and a good place to stay although staff wasn’t the friendliest!

Stopped for an overnight on way back to New York from Hilton head South Carolina. It was easily accessible off the route we were taking and reasonably priced. Room was large with two queen beds and a pull out couch. We didn’t use any of the amenities except breakfast in the morning which was mediocre at best but large selection if you like that kind of food. Overall great place to stay would stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful.
