Had vehicle issues on the way and never actually made it to the hotel. And even though it said it was no problem to cancel, it refused to let me cancel anything.

The room was nice and clean, the bathroom and tub were in good condition The "free breakfast" left much to be desired as it was just tiny, bland waffles and microwave biscuits

I have paperwork saying I canceled. I would like a refund. Pillows under the pillow cases where stained

Nothing. I arrived a little before 1:00AM as initially indicated in my booking to find nobody manning the front desk and the doors were chained shut. I attempted to signal someone using a service window nearby only for nobody to answer the doorbell. I then attempted to reach the hotel by phone and ended up speaking to a reservations desk who told me to call the front desk. I found the number and called it numerous times only for nobody to answer, despite being able to hear it ringing through the service window. In the end, I was force to spend an additional $108.00 to get alternate accommodation nearby. I returned the next morning and spoke to the person on duty. I relayed my frustrations to her and she said that she would inform the hotel manager of the incident.

Sheets werent clean. Bugs in bathroom behind bathroom door. Two towels weren't very clean

Amazing pool Stayed up all night killing different bugs, including roaches and a centipede.

The room is okay for the price. Microwave and coffee maker in the room was broken.

The staff was very nice and helpful. It was very dated. And our room was on the inside breezeway so it was not convenient to the car.

I used the handicapped room and was able to park right outside my door, no stairs , no elevator, no long walk. The price was right for this senior citizen, too!

Price and location The facility , can you some upgrades and would be a very nice place to stay.

We didn’t stay because it was dirty and the sheets had mold! Nothing

There is an in-ground outdoor pool but it wasn't open yet. Breakfast was only waffles and frozen sausage biscuits, which worked for the kids but the wife and I are gluten free so we had to get something elsewhere. The lady who checked us out was friendly and professional.

Air conditioning was good. Nothing else, I should not have stayed but did not want to lose money. We slept and got out asap. Everything, So disgusting! The lobby smelled if body odor, room smelled like fried food, carpet dirty, walls dirty. Nothing in the room looked like the online photos.

Lady at checkout was very nice The room was not clean and we noticed bedbugs at checkout. The show needed maintenance. You could only get scalding hot water or cold, nothing in between. The breakfast was waffles, with 1 waffle maker. No other choices so the line was so long we went to Hardee's instead.
