Our room smelled like a sewer. I believe it was coming from the drain in the shower. We also found a large spider and roach in the bathroom. The lady at the front counter was VERY rude when I went to check out this morning. She said she received several phone call complaints about our dogs barking and didn't have a phone number to call us. We stepped out for less than an hour for breakfast and I have an Expedia account that should have my phone number attached, not to mention they should have asked for it when we checked in if it wasn't on file. It's also a pet friendly hotel, so you have to expect a dog to bark once in awhile. She wouldn't even look at me when she was telling me this. I apologized and she said nothing and just stared at her computer with an angry face. We were also the very last room at the end of the hallway by the exit door and can't imagine our dogs would bark for an hour straight, maybe once in a while if someone walked past the window. I don't normally get upset, but her demeanor was horrible and she should not be in the customer service industry.

We were on the 4th floor, couldn’t sleep at night, sounded like reindeer dancing on the roof. Also, we never left before 11, so we should have had plenty of water, it’s barely a trickle and took 5 mins to get warm!

The property was nice, and clean with friendly staff There was a constant noise of rumble since the time of our arrival, we thought it would eventually stop but it went on all night long. After a long drive and arriving late we couldn’t wait to lay down and get some rest to prepare for a funeral in the area. I could only get a couple hours of sleep because of the constant rumble noise causing tossing and turning. I paid a good bit of money to sleep somewhere for one night and couldn’t even get rest. My stay was irritating.

Excellent place for my daughter, son in law, and grandchildren to stay when our home is in remodel mode. Great breakfast, Excellent staff, room and amenities. When they have to leave!

Friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. We were passing through the area and stayed 1 night. Breakfast was good even though the power went out lol. The breakfast attended had a great attitude and had guests laughing and at ease during the outage. Id stay again if in the area.
