The room was clean. The property has been updating for several years. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was sufficient.

Check in was very easy. Was informed that the side door closest to my room was not working so I would have to walk around. Hallway to our room had buckets on the floor from leaks. Room was clean and breakfast was on par for comparable hotels. For the money it met our needs for one night.

Very sad old hotel that is in great need of repairs and upgrades. There were 2 beds in the room, one was hard as a board and the other was way too soft. Wallpaper coming down, carpet badly stained, unrepaired damage in bathroom, etc. Desk clerk was very nice.

Kind of did you looking there was no Fitness room although it said there wasn't Fitness room and the beds absolutely sucked

We go for attractions and inform the desks we need room service. When we come back 9pm its not to be clean.

We didn’t check in until about 11pm. Front staff was wonderful! Room was clean (I always check the bed really well too) but there was a bad odor in the room. Carpet maybe? It seemed to get worse the longer we were there. We got up and left early the next morning so it wasn’t anything we couldn’t stand.

The Free breakfast was very good. There was a big selection to choose from.

It was in a nice location, close to restaurants and stores. Very clean and comfortable.

housekeeping brought us a bag filled with food, right as we were trying to figure out what restaurants were open due to an impending storm It's definitely aged and in need of a cosmetic overhaul

Nothing Dirty, no lock on outside door of hotel, smelled like urine. Was supposed to be issued a refund and was still charged!

The hotel was good. A bit outdated but it was clean. A door leading to the outside had no lock on it. The parking lot had areas that were dug up and not easy to maneuver around. Would stay there again. It is not near the Martinsville Speedway.
