Courtyard by Marriott St Louis Westport Plaza

Fabulous stay! Amenities were perfect, room and hotel as a whole were perfect in every way! I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

There was a loud intermittent noise from the HVAC or the neighbors air conditioner.

There is no swimming pool.

Very clean the rooms were really nice surprisingly had a separate bedroom from the main living room area beautiful sliding patio doors let out the little deck outside the room. This was all on ground floor.

Staff friendly, room clean, very peaceful.

The hotel and our room was very clean. Housekeeping was very nice. I would suggest asking for a room a distance from an exterior door to the parking lot as the door was quite loud when it shut. Also, our room had only one large towel for two people. Typically, even for one person, there are at least two towels.

Nice hotel. Convenient to restaurants & the interstate. Does not have a pool.

We were only there to sleep before flying out the next morning, but everything was great. No issues. We would stay there again and would stay for multiple days if necessary.

Breakfast terrible but other than that property was great

The balcony was a lovely addition and it’s right up the road from a gas station and a dollar store! The bed was so uncomfortable, like the worst I’ve ever slept on. Besides the balcony there was truly nothing to do. No pool, No room service, and you had to pay for breakfast and drinks. Which sounds normal but like I’ve stayed at hotels for cheaper, that gives you two free drinks plus free breakfast and dinner. Just not worth the price at all. Also not to mention that the “balcony” is so small and they provide no outdoor seating out there.

The bed was comfortable. The pillows could use work Could offer free continental breakfast.

First time to stay here last night. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are very clean and housekeeping were very accommodating. Nice little balcony outside the room overlooking the courtyard. I was surprised they didn't have the complementary breakfast. Also they charged ten dollars for parking.

It was quite and peaceful,clean and the staff was helpful, and polite.

Staff members were very friendly, rooms were clean, access was easy. Exit door to parking lot was very difficult to open.

I stay at this property every time I come to St Louis. It’s clean, great location and the staff are very nice.

property was nice, room was great. My problem was with the check-in "person". Since I could not tell if it was male or female I'll call it a person. "it" was not as friendly and happy as every other hotel I've stayed at. After I got there and checked in I was informed that they now charge $10 a day for me to park my car? Never again. I got up early and wanted some coffee, NO COFFEE other than if I wanted to buy some of that Starbucks crap. Had to walk down to McDonalds to get my coffee. I also did not notice they didn't have breakfast. That was fine since I don't care for breakfast anyway. Won't make these mistakes again.

Good location Toilet didn’t work properly. Told front desk, really didn’t know what to do, handed me a plunger. Got it resolved after a while. Also ridiculous they know charge 10.00 a day to park in their parking lot after being high enough room rate!
