It was a wonderful breakfast and the pool was amazing! The staff super friendly and helpful! Would definitely come back and stay again!

I got charged twice for my room and haven’t been given my money back I paid for my room on the app then got charged again when I got there and they wouldn’t give me my money back they said that I had to get it from you.

Everything. From top to bottom, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. What was exceptional was the staff. Every single person that we talked to or walked by that was a member of your staff was nice to the degree of is this real but it was. Every single person on your staff. The most exceptional person was Nettie. She was incredible that girl deserves a raise and a promotion. I would recommend you to everyone. Thanks for a great day we'll come back! Nothing!

Excellent Customer service, there was a problem with my booking and unsuccessful authorization issue with debit card; however, the manager assured me that everything will be resolved immediately after my departure. I trust the process. Thanks a bunch!

Great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Exceptionally good attitudes! The bathroom had what looked like Spale on wall paper that hadn’t been cleaned up. Otherwise it was perfect.

The man at the front desk (Ebany?) was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a few random requests and he was very helpful, and with a smile on his face the whole time! I hope you treat him well.
