Comfort Suites Marysville Columbus - Northwest

It was awesome, other than the air conditioner didn't work very good. One minute it was cool, then next minute it was hot. Other than that was great. We were having breakfast this morning, the manager came in where the food was, sneezed. In his hand, didn't wash them or nothing. Then went over touching the silver ware that was not picking out your food and lifted all the lids on the food. He was disgusting for doing that. Made us sick. We threw our food out and went back to our room.

But a GREAT BREAKFAST LADY made up for the bland breakfast. Thanks for choosing the perfect employee!!!

Staff very pleasant. Safe and very comfortable.

The room was great for my stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was quiet and clean and the complementary breakfast was good. It was easy to find and get to from the highway and many things were close by from restaurants to stores. I liked everything. I do not have any complaints to list.

I was going to leave an excellent review. The bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean, breakfast wasn't to bad.. wish there were more hot food choices.. Then Sunday morning we woke up to no power. Which led to us checking out early. The front desk guy wasnt much help.

breakfast was solid. eggs waffles sausage ham yogurt juices coffee bagels danishes... rooms were spacious. pool was average.. alittle chilly for my taste. but kids loved it.

Rooms were nice and spacious . Very nice location. Breakfast was very good .

The staff was friendly, room was clean, and decent breakfast. We only spent a short amount of time at the hotel while in the area for a sports tournament but appreciated the cleanliness and location.

Stayed for a night. Clean. The complimentary breakfast had plenty to choose from and very good. Will stay again!

The staff was helpful, the facilities were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Our only complaint was a very rowdy group in and around the pool. However, the manager went and talked to them when we complained.

The comfort inn and suits was a very nice hotel only problem I had was there wasn’t cleaning supplies to use and no one came in while we were gone I had a 1 year old child with me and could have used housekeeping or at least a broom I could have used

The location was ok. The staff and the fact kids was running up the halls at 11pm

Very nice motel I travel with 3 young kids so I use motels to not over do the distances my wife and I loved our stay free snacks drinks relaxing lobby with furniture and TV nice pool outside warming deck area with fence large rooms an above average breakfast selection very curatious and friendly staff and very very clean I highly recommend

The cleanliness of the hotel Nothing

However, breakfast was ok as it was low on something and still pretty early on in the morning but the gravy didn’t get refilled which is incredibly disappointing.
