Location- convenient The front staff was kind at check-in. Felt awful for her because none of the queen rooms were ready and the person ahead of me in line was brutal Saturday’s breakfast attendant was amazing! Keep everything stocked and clean. Lemon water in lobby was lovely. Shower curtain wasn’t long enough so as soon as any water spray touched it, the curtain would flop outside the tub and water was be soaking the floor. Tub didn’t drain So gross to be showering and having the dirty water continue to rise. It wouldn’t empty until minutes after turning the shower off. There was hair in the bathtub when we arrived. Breakfast staff on Sunday morning was awful. Many items had run out and he was not staying attuned to the food or the guest. They were out of bananas, apple cinnamon muffins, hot chocolate & waffle mix. The AC in the unit, if the temperature was raised up one degree, rather than the unit turning off for a moment for the temp to rise, hot air would start blowing out of the unit.

Hotel was clean, room was clean,breakfast was lacking, shower pressure was terrible, need smart tvs.

The man at the desk when we checked in was super nice, and very friendly. The lady at the breakfast bar was great, she was running around cleaning tables and asking people if everything was ok. She went out of her way to make you feel welcome. On the third day we were there my wife pulled back the sheets and there was poop smears on the sheet. She walked around to the other side of the bed, and there was poop on the floor and she stepped in it. When I spoke to the manager, Robert Maxwell, he indicated we did it and he wasn't going to do anything about it. He said we could move to another hotel, which we did. I am 78 and my wife is 76, there is no way we would do anything like that.

This is the only hotel I stay at when I come to Marysville. Everytime they are fantastic. Marty checked me in, he was great! Unfortunately I don’t remember the other two employees names that I interacted with at the desk. But they were both awesome! I really appreciate it!

We went to Inkcarceration in Mansfield this year. Very clean hotel, breakfast was always fresh and tasty. Easily accessible and convenient along with convenient food and coffee choices nearby. Would definitely stay here again, was far enough from our venue for the concert to not have terrible traffic but close enough we didn’t feel like it was too out of our way.

Ice machines were down, there is only 1 washer and dryer. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days. If you need new shower towels you have to return all the other towels to get more. Elevator was very sketchy sounding.

We have stayed here before and return for the comfort, cleanliness, and great staff!

Enjoy our stay here at this hotel! Everything was clean and will maintain. The breakfast had a great variety of choices! I would stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay but I couldn't go to sleep right away the hallway was norsie

Pool was ice cold . Not enjoyable. Front desk girl was not friendly.

It was awesome, other than the air conditioner didn't work very good. One minute it was cool, then next minute it was hot. Other than that was great. We were having breakfast this morning, the manager came in where the food was, sneezed. In his hand, didn't wash them or nothing. Then went over touching the silver ware that was not picking out your food and lifted all the lids on the food. He was disgusting for doing that. Made us sick. We threw our food out and went back to our room.

Staff is very welcoming, and helpful. Staying here feels like home away from home.
