Kind staff, coffee available with creamer in lobby when wanted. Could text if needed any supplies, delicious breakfast with labels for allergies. Bathroom was very tight. Floor when entering room got water on it and when wiping up it was very dirty.no hot tub at pool.

Very clean, and comfortable. Location was ideal. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was very good. There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. The room was very spacious, beds were very comfortable as well. Everything was very clean including the pool area. Nothing, our stay was amazing.

The room key did not work and staff had to let me into the room

The rooms were incredibly spacious! They were amazing! Loved the breakfast too! They were quick, everything was a great variety, fresh and tasted great! Was nice it was restocked too! They didn’t run out of stuff! There was gross spills/stains the floor, and chair we couldn’t even sit in it. Also a what I hope was balloon near one of the stains. It wasn’t the stains that were bad it was that I brought it up to the front 2x during our stay and they assured us they would let whomever know then they never did. I have kids and i didn’t want my kids exposed to whatever this was it could’ve been bodily fluids for all we knew The pool lining looked a bit worn out like it needed a good scrub or repaint but it was warm in the pool area which was nice and my kids liked it still.

It was a wonderful stay. It did take me awhile to fall asleep because there were people running up and down the hallway but other than that I have no complaints at all!

Had a nice stay staff was friendly and helpful the food was what you would expect for hotel food not terrible. They had quite a few options to choose from which was nice. They only have one pool not 2 like the description said on hotels.com but it was a nice indoor pool.

Love the breakfast layout, always an attendant keeping food plentiful and fresh. All areas of the hotel were clean. Did not utilize the pool area. Beds could be softer but may be fine for others.

I did not get the king suite I paid for, but instead a 2 queen room.

The employees were excellent but the room stinks like 30 years of carpet cleaning chemicals. Almost unbearable

Traveled for a baseball tournament. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Clean hotel, nice, and spacious.
