Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus Marysville

The room was nice and clean, along with the pool and rest of hotel. The staff was very nice, everyone we spoke to that worked the desk thursday evening through Sunday morning (8/6-8/9) were all very nice and always happy to help. They even went out of their way to give treats to my daughter. We accidentally locked ourselves out and without hesitation was taken up to our room and let in. Even running into the ladies in house keeping in the hall they greeted us with a smile and asked how our day had been. Will stay again if we are back in the area! The bed wasn’t the most comfortable

The location was great. We felt safe. It was an easy drive to the State Fairgrounds. The beds were very firm. Not what we expected

I have stayed at this hotel for several years. Good breakfast, very nice staff, and conveniently located. However the reason why it did not receive a 5 star because it was not as clean in the hallways and stairwell as I would expect.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Very quiet place and surroundings.

Cleanliness, size of room. Nice breakfast options. Curtain was partially unhooked at the top, which allowed a lot of light in at night. I had to bobby pin it shut. The green smoke alarm light flashed continuously. Bed was very hard.

Clean room, good breakfast. Arrived after midnight due to a delayed flight and had zero issues checking in. Will stay again when in Marysville

The hotel was nice when we arrived, but we were NOT happy when we left. We were woke up at 6 am by other rude guests. Then lost power at 8 am. Staff was rude when we asked about the power and breakfast. We looked up power outages in the area, and there were supposedly none... We then asked about quiet time being from 9 pm - 9 am and they told us that the walls were just thin, thought nothing of it, very unprofessional. We also had grandparents staying in the hotel who are on oxygen and need power for the machine. When we went and asked about checking on them because they were not answering the door by us knocking, they said they weren't able to let us do that, and they weren't sure what to tell us because without power they couldn't confirm the room. We knew the room, we were pounding on the door. Thankfully we finally woke them up and they were able to use their portable machine as their oxygen was already lower than it should be. My husband was ready to kick the door in, when they didn't seem to care. We wanted a place to sleep, shower and have breakfast before heading home, we were VERY UNPLEASED. Things happen, but they didn't even try to correct or help any of it, didn't even care. They had less work to do, and were just all standing around kind of chatting when we first approached them.

The hotel is located in a cute small town. It was clean and what we needed while on a long drive to visit family. It is perfect for families and we would stay there again.

The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you.

The property was clean and the staff we encountered was nice. We were not impressed with the breakfast selection so chose to eat out instead. The lounge area and the breakfast area were both nice. For the price point though, it just wasn't worth it for us since all we did was (try) to sleep there.

Clean room with a spacious bathroom but bed was hard and lumpy. Well located in Marysville. Night staff is very friendly and helpful. Blow dryer is hanging behind bathroom door. Nice microwave and small fridge walking distance to restaurants.

I would stay there again.

Breakfast had excellent variety and was well-done. The staff was helpful. Our only complaint is that there was no comfortable chair in our room. There was no place but the bed to sit down. Actually, we had to lie down as there was no comfortable way to sit up in the bed. It made an uncomfortable stay for an 82 and a 79 year old. We gave 4 stars, but we almost gave our stay a 3.
