Rooms are large, TV was okay, Shower was good! It’s fairly run down, wallpaper is pealing, it could use some paint etc. It’s showing its age I think. Terrible coffee at breakfast, it was like tea!

Our room shade was broke so you couldn't pull it up to get any daylight! Toilet paper holder was loose, shower floor looked stained and chipped. The toilet after flushing made a shrieking sound. Carpet pattern in hallways looked dirty. Telephone didnt work. Breakfast food...muffins were mini size and dry. Not much in way of Breakfast choices. SHOWER WATER WAS LUKE WARM!!! Liquid shampoo and conditioner holders were off the wall and propped up on floor. Kids running around on second floor at 11:15 pm sounded like a herd of cattle!! Two managers had to tell parents to reign in their kids! Awful stay, won't ever stay at this hotel again!!!

I was very disappointed, since it was a Hampton Inn I was expecting a very nice stay for the money. I have stayed at cheap hotels that were nicer than this.i would not stay there again

Smell was terrible, place is run down. Towels stained. For the cost, we were extremely disappointed. Would not recommend. Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

I asked for a handicap accessible room... They wouldn't even bring me a shower chair and never called us back!! The fact that I couldn't take a shower The room smelled like a wet basement

The elevator and hallway carpet needed a deep cleaning, and the hallway wallpaper was torn and peeling in several places and looked dirty. A sign by the elevators indicated that the entire third floor was closed for renovation. Construction workers were staying there, but we never heard any work being done (we were on the second floor and arrived after 5 pm and left the next morning by 10 am). Our room's carpet was dirty, and surfaces were dusty/sticky. The bathroom had sticky floors (my sandals made a noise when I walked on them and I didn't want to take them off) and water was leaking from the sink pipe (also water stains, so it must be ongoing). However, the shower was powerful and warm. Mattresses sunk in the middle. The AC made a loud, rattling noise like something inside it was loose, and it kept turning off and wouldn't cool down, even set as low as 60 degrees. We stayed, since we just needed to sleep and shower there, but I would not stay there again.

Nothing Extremely rude and argumentative front desk attendant. Broken AC. Dirty. Charged $100 deposit for “incidentals” without my consent. Cancelled snd went to another hotel.

It was clean. The man at the registration desk nice and helpful The man in the breakfast. He wasn’t friendly and walked away when I asked for a food tray. I wanted to take my food to my room. So I just got coffee…

Location was good. Breakfast was cold and milk was not readily available. Room had a strange odor. Door was hard to open. After telling the evening desk attendant that the room stunk, we were never offered another room. This happened on the first night check in.

We were in a room that the window treatments would not open and the light switch didn’t turn any lights on. The fan was blowing air that smelled very much of must and mildew. I would not stay at this hotel again.
