Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Only one type of creamer (others I have stayed at have a variety) The apples looked like they had been there entirely too long. Very limited choices at the breakfast bar. Looks like the owners were trying to be cheap on the breakfast. Only one side of the toaster worked. Not very well kept. Room was okay. Staff was nowhere to be found at checkout so I can't speak for that.

I was unable to work using my laptop. I am required to connect via a Global Protect VPN session and I use a soft phone. I will avoid Hilton properties in the future because of this experience.

We stayed in the larger room/suite and it was great, very spacious and clean. Ample towels and pillows. Beds were very comfortable. Washroom door was a little heavy to close. Pool was nice and quiet but we checked in later in the evening. Breakfast was very good. Everything was up to Hilton standards. Very pleased. There was an odd sour smell all through the second floor hallway. Was told by the front desk associate that there was an issue with kids spilling ice on the carpets the night before. He said that it would be taken care of and by the next.morning the smell was gone.

The room we stayed in was nice, plenty of room. Our intial room, the hvac was not working. The staff moved us to a new room, no questions asked. Location for Kings island was great, not a long drive at all. Breakfast was not good during our stay. No meats (bacon, sausage, ham etc) and the biscuits were hard.

Didn’t like it or dislike it. Location hard to get into and out. There is a hotel being built in the same parking lot. Mechanical issue in the room with the bathroom door. That they offered to move us to another room. The amenities in the other room was empty.
