Excellent staff and great facility

The location was perfect for attending the Cincinnati Open. The shuttle service was wonderful. Staff provided a schedule of play for the day. The carpeting in our room needed to be replaced. Very stained, dirty.

Also...why don't hotels put FANS IN THE BATHROOMS? This has never made sense to me. Spend the money...your guests will appreciate it.

Overall the property was good but showing its age. The carpets in the room could be cleaned better. The sofa bed is old and uncomfortable to sleep on. Not enough towels for all of us. The breakfast was average. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall 2-3 stars.

Quiet, within a short distance of kings island. The pool was very nice. The room could be much cleaner, the bathroom and shower was questionable on if it was cleaned fully or not.

Unfortunately, this was one of the dirtier Hampton Inns that I have stayed in. Our first room, it was clear the toilet was not cleaned and even still had toilet paper in it. The toilet seat was broken so I asked to be moved to a different room. The room next-door was in the exact same state. The toilet was not clean, the shower and tub area needed a good scrubbing with some barkeepers friend, and there were dirty spots on the comforter. They didn’t even put the toilet paper on the roll. The breakfast area was not cleaned or wiped up. The only reason I didn’t rate it lower was because the man that checked us in at the front desk was nice and helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and overall, our room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Would have liked a bit more variety of foods at breakfast on our first morning but buffet area kept clean and tidy. Free parking that was well-lit in the evenings. Great location.

The breakfast was very good. There was a room mix up when we first got there and Sheila went out of her way to get us in the room I requested. The hotel was understaffed so our room did not get cleaned over our 4 day stay but every time we requested towels we got them.
