Room was different pool was closed the staff was rude they had no room service people the made me change room cause one room was dirty the next room I went to the bed sheets where wet just horrible overall experience

Clean room, soap dispenser was empty, no sugar for coffee. Breakfast was good. I only booked hotel for pool and hot tub, NOT OPEN. Website said nothing about it being closed.

The pool was down I didn’t get the room I request and the floor smelled of dog urine the room next to me had a dog that barked every time we moved in our room. Wasn’t enjoyable The animal smell the room and stains on the comforter

Had to be moved because bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, then in the new room shower drain very slow. No cover on bathroom exhaust fan, everything dinged and dingy. Pool closed when we actually were going to use it. No syrup for the waffles at breakfast. Overall, not a great experience

The air conditioner in our room didn't work very well and it made for a poor night's sleep and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall by its wires. It probably just got loose. I pushed it back in place and it stayed. Wasn't enough towels or washcloths. I didn't rate the amenities because we didn't use them.

We were traveling from Tennessee and booked a room fir the night ,but i made a mistake and booked the wrong days and my reservation wasnt showing i gave the clerk the confirmation number and he smuggly said thats the wrong day we dont have a reservation for you tonight.Instead of trying to help me he just sat at his computer and ignored me until i booked another room he never offered to ask me if i needed to cancel to other reservation he just sat there and pretty much ignored me

Friendly staff and great location. Property needed upgrades and deep cleaning.

The bed linens were stained, the lampshades were visibly dirty/stained, the bathtub was chipped, and both the microwave and refrigerator required cleaning. The overall condition of the rooms did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. Ice machine did not work.

I booked it for my kids family to stay at. Check in was awesome!

It was decent,if you smoke tho dont go here you cant smoke inside thats the only problem.

Clean modern room. Quiet. Nice breakfast. No hair dryer in bathroom.No mat in bathtub to prevent falling when taking a shower.No little bars of soap. Everything was in pump bottles.Just minor things but things that people like.

I had no bathroom towels for being able to take a shower, I asked for some, and they didn't have any extra available towels in the entire hotel somehow. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation that is said with ease. My next door neighbor in the hotel room had a party, and I went to the front desk and ask for help, and he said that I was the 2nd person to complain about the noise / party and nothing was done to fix the problem and they didn't stop being loud until 2:15 AM. I couldn't fall asleep until after 2:30 AM.

Room was spacious and clean. Pool was very cold. Building could use some maintenance. More attention to the amenities in the room (i.e. towels and such). Lighting in room was abysmal.

To begin with when I first got there I checked in the young kid at the front desk was very nice. Once I went into the first room and want to set things down, I noticed the bed to the four back wall where the air-conditioning unit was full of blood on the corner panel of the bed. I went downstairs told the young man he transferred me to another room. I unloaded everything went to have food and came back to go swimming. At that time the pool had a notice on the door by the health department that it was unsafe because of the chemicals. Well, that was the purpose of going to the hotel to stay. It was because I wanted to swim get in the hot tub that didn’t work out. I sat down on the bed to eat some food mind you I haven’t been in the room at all that much bedbug. It was so many incidents that I just left. I didn’t enjoy my stay. I will never go back there and it was horrible later I found out. The phone system there didn’t work. It was down. I tried to get a printout when I checked out that didn’t work. The young man said he sent me an email which I never received horrible horrible

Everything about the hotel was great! However, I won’t book through Hotels.com anymore because this is at least the third time they’ve overbooked and I didn’t get the room I paid for. Other times in the past I showed up to a hotel and they had no room for me at all! This time at least hotel staff found me a room that worked, but it was lesser than what I paid for.

I will be a nice idea in changing the brand of the orange juice. Everything else is ok

Our room definitely had a bedbug that bit my daughter

Got to hotel and they told me they were out of rooms. Found me a room, went in it and there were people in the beds. Second room covered in black mold. Third room I had to clean my own tub. Would not recommend staying here at all
