We had called twice before arriving to confirm our rooms would be available upon arrival only to not have our rooms available. They then assigned us to a dirty room with mold on the walls and curtains. The pool was closed for no apparent reason even though we were told it was open until 8pm daily there was sign each time we went saying "POOL CLOSED". The lobby and breakfast area are very nice, but the rooms are gross and the pool is out of service. I would not recommend this location when there are better options available for better rates.

Room was not cleaned very well.

Clean rooms, helpful staff

Pretty sure manager doesn't exist. Every time we ask to speak to him about the problems he's not there. Mattresses were disgusting with stains. Everything was chipped and in bad shape.

Shower rode was broken , pool was closed the whole time , no hard soap, no coffee, outside doors would not close

Lamp shade had something on it. Possibly dried mayo. Very disappointing experience.

When we checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied by another couple, very awkward moment when opening the room door, the room we ended up with had a fridge that leaked the entire time, we had to put a towel on the floor in front of it. The room was not fully stocked with towels and washcloths, we had to ask for them, overall not the greatest experience we’ve had to say the least

My experience at this hotel was poor to say the least. Although the hotel was relatively clean, my room had a plethora of issues. I could write paragraphs detailing the issues but simply put water was leaking from the ceiling and literally ALL of my belongings in my bag under the sink were soaked. This is because the sink itself had a massive leak I had no idea about till I woke up with a puddle in front of it. Not to mention this hotel had nothing halal for the main breakfast options, several hotels offer turkey sausage etc but this did not which left other guests also unsatisfied. When I told the front desk about my experience they didn’t offer anything- not even an apology. They didn’t even offer a free dry for my clothes. I love Cincinnati and will be coming back soon but I will definitely not stay here again or recommend this hotel to friends or family. Your better off staying anywhere else.

Bedding and towels had stains.

Pool closed. Called 2 weeks before and asked if it was open and they said yes. It was not. Rooms (2 of them) had mold on a/c units. Hair in beds. Hair in shower. Blood stained on bed. Stains on the walls. Do NOT stay here.

Room wasn’t that clean, TV didn’t work and there was hair clogged in tub drain. Breakfast was okay but not good. Staff was nice for most part and parking was good.

Nice property close to stores and kings island. Rooms could be cleaned better before guests arrive. Had sticky stains on some furniture and the toilets and sinks were still dirty. Not worth my time to argue, just cleaned it myself. Seems to be pretty standard at a lot of discount chain hotels we have stayed at recently. Breakfast was good and staff is friendly. Good price.

The property, lobby, and common areas looked newly renovated. The room was very dirty when we entered the room. Long hair was plastered on the wall of the shower. The floor was very dirty. We were happy there was no carpet, but after walking from the shower to the bed, our feet were dirty from the room floor. The pool was disgusting. The smell of the water was offsetting and it seemed like there was zero chlorine in it. The staff were nice but not knowledgeable. I asked for an extra heavy blanket or a comforter and the attendant gave me a flat sheet. The washer was broken and the dryer took 3 full cycles to dry clothes. It was scary when we got back to the hotel and the back door wouldn’t shut all the way and lock. The breakfast was decent. We picked this hotel because it was close to King’s Island but that was the only positive about our stay.

OK no frills

The room was not cleaned before we checked in. There was someone’s hair (I mean a lot) in the bathroom all over the tub, floor and walls. I had to go get cleaning supplies and clean it myself. The person at the front desk said he would have someone come clean the room that next morning, however when we returned from our event, the room had not been cleaned.

For the price and the one night stay it was a great stay! The only complaint was the bathtub was chipping paint and it was clogged in the drain. Also, went to put water in the fridge and it smelt like mildew. Like I said one night stay and room was clean.

Parking lot was good condition and well lit. Single elevator slow and signal buttons difficult to read. Traffic noise on 4th floor facing interstate was not good.
