Comfort Inn Cincinnati Northeast

Alright for a night. Good.location.

Did the job. Dont expect anything special in the rooms.

Room was dirty bed had stains on it. Nothing up to date.

Very clean room and value for the money. Only 8 minutes drive from Kings Island. The breakfast was included but not great.

Breakfast was awful. The fried eggs were not done. Sausage was yukky. Blood stains on the pillow. Stains on another bed's sheet. The conditioner bottle was empty. Carpets were stained everywhere in the hotel.

We enjoyed the pool!!!! We seen 2 bugs looked like cockroaches in the bathroom and killed em, probably need to spray hotel, the double beds r way to small for 2 ppl. Breakfast is very limited, bagels was hard, that all could be better, maybe have flavored coffee creamer for people

The staff was very rude. We had issues with our reservation and they hung up on us while we were talking to them on the phone.

The bathroom and sink area could have cleaned better. And all the towels should have been swapped out instead of new ones thrown on top.

Lower rating due to other tenants. Was very noisy.

Good location for what I needed to do. No place to hang clothes. Pool area was not clean. Continental breakfast merely adequate. Staff was helpful but the facility is old and needs to be updated.

Proximity to kings island. Free parking. There was a whole in the wall of our room. The elevator would not work. There was no complimentary body wash. And the air was not put on in the building or prior to us entering the room.

No cover shade for large window facing parking lot on first floor leaving parking lot lights and viewing into the room.

Hard to get a hold of front desk staff on the phone

Ac was cold Staff was unfriendly, could care less your a guest at their hotel. Did not get a hello, thank you, nothing. Kept having to get new keys every day due to them not working. Had to request towels daily, no one serviced our room. Could not tell us why or when they would clean our room. Hotel is very old and dated, how could Comfort Inn have their name on this “should be condemned” building. We stayed a week for Cincinnati open and thought we got a great deal, only 4 miles from venue, surprise now we know why, horrible conditions. Went down to breakfast jist one time, coffee was cold , not sure if that was eggs they were trying to serve. Definitely not the breakfast I’ve seen at other comfort inns. Again, seemed like staff didn’t care at all about their jobs.

The room was dirty and smelled like mildew

Eggs in water. Oranges not the freshestand the coffee so strong like it was leftover. Could have been greeted when we entered the hotel to check in. The carpet in the room was buckle and really need replacing. Not a fresh smell.

Hot Breakfast was okay. Waffles, sausage patty, and egg patty. Not enough variation but it did the job for us to fuel up enough for our day at the Cincinnati Open. A/C was great in the room. Staff was super friendly. Beds were not that bad. I didn’t wake up in pain so that is a bonus. Hotel was nothing fancy but we stayed for the convenience of location & breakfast, not style points. Very affordable for what we were looking for. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!
