Glad we checked in before heading out for some evening activities as when we came back there were people attempting to check in but appeared that hotel had been oversold. Parking lot at max capacity to the point people were parking in striped handicapped areas

Our blankets were yellow stained. We dealt with it because we were only there for one night, and elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs. We had no hot water in our room. When we said something about the hot water the guy at the desk picked up a pen like he was going to write our info down and said he would try and get us a credit. When we started to walk away my daughter watched him set the pen down and roll his eyes. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Reasonable & we always look for a Comfort Inn during our travels Needs additional parking & lighting

Room door was propped ajar when I first arrived. I questioned whether room was actually clean and front desk said that the person that checked it must have placed the metal door loop in the jamb to prop it open for some reason. Acted like it was no big deal. Elevator wasn’t working, carpets stained, walls and doors chipped paint and marks. Rooms musty. The staff was very helpful otherwise.

Bathroom was super small and the sink was not in the bathroom.

The location was perfect for us. Just a few minute drive to Kings Island/Great Wolf Lodge. The kids loved the pool The elevator wasn’t working when we were checking out. Not fun having to carry everything down the stairs

Location Staff was polite Could have been cleaner and better pillows but what upset me was the main reason we chose it it’s advertised as a 100% smoke free facility. We dealt with marijuana smoke so thick in hall and elevator that it burnt my eyes. Tried stairwell for exit but it was as bad stuffed towels at base of door to try and keep it out of room, didn’t work. Reported it to front desk with no success. Reported again at check out. Nonsmoking should be enforced for everyone’s comfort.

The breakfast was ok, again not a typical Comfort Inn. The breakfast was mehh. Egg disc and sausage patties at 3 mornings, insteadof a typical rotating selection. The eggs and sausage dar in a pool of water in the hot dishes so you had to drip the food dry first.

Friendly staff. Rooms are very well taken care of. Breakfast was excellent as well. The pool area could use some TLC. Basically a new or updated fencing would go along way. Again, same thing, some TLC around in some spots of the hotel but overall an excellent stay.

The staff was amazing! Everything

We paid for the room and then they said we weren't allowed in because they didn't have a signature sheet from the week before. That was was also paid for, stayed in and we were gone. We turned in the signature sheet for last week when we checked in. Everything was in order. They took payment and then locked out our key cards. Totally unprofessional and I'm sure illegal. Great customer service.

Didn't like that breakfast had no hot oatmeal or offer a substitute for pork.
-
Good breakfast, clean and nice room, Peter at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. For the money it’s hard to beat this place! Would definitely come back again!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially the breakfast staff who were very busy keeping things stocked in a crowded and hectic environment. The location was useful and the ease of check-in and parking was fine. The rooms have seen better days, and those days were a very long time ago. There was noticeable grime and mildew in the bathroom, far more than what I'd consider normal wear and tear. The entire building is dated. The breakfast offerings were limited and the juices provided tasted as if they'd sat out in the sun for quite a while.
