First room they gave us had cockroaches skittering around. Second room was fine for a couple days, then we saw cockroaches again. Also had issues getting towels. We were told to go to housekeeping ourselves to check if they had any, which was odd. We stayed here the exact same time last year and had none of these issues. We won't be back next year. You might be okay for a cheap night if you don't plan on having any food in the room, as it was clean other than the roaches.

Was not clean had dirt and ants on the floor and spider webs switched to another room and that room wasn’t clean either. Left after one night and went to a different hotel which was very nice. Would never stay at this place again or recommend it to anybody

The beds were clean and comfy and the staff was so sweet.

We try to visit Kings Island once per year for the Halloween events, this year we’ve decided to get a regular end of summer visit in and return in a few weeks when the Haunts begin. We stayed here last year so this was our second stay at this hotel due to the short distance drive to the amusement park being literally the next exit or so down I71. Both times we have stayed here we’ve been pleased with how convenient its location is with easy in/out to other areas of the city. The hotel itself is clean and nice, a little dated at first glance but the rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds and quiet hallways at night. We didn’t have time to use the pool but there were families swimming when we arrived and seemed to be having a good time! I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff were. I didn’t get any names unfortunately but the two nice ladies at the front desk each on separate days were great! We plan to return for the KI Haunts beginning of October and will stay again!

Close to our venue, decently priced for needs. Front desk staff was very kind at both check in and check out. Every hallway smelled of smoke. Push bar door to secure building at entrance 4 did not lock or latch, but the key worked to make the clicking noise. Patchwork fixes in rooms and bathrooms. Non-utilized breakfast area in the lobby. Car repair in the driveway across from the main entrance.

Daughter loved the pool. Over all decent for a night stay. It could have been cleaner. It definitely had a strong smell of cigarettes. There were stains on the blankets. But they smelled clean at least.

For a holiday weekend we had a blessedly peaceful stay. Every one was pleasant and surrounding towns were interesting. We enjoyed our time there and told the staff that we are likely to stay again soon. We could have used a couple more towels and toilet was bit sluggish when we first arrived. Room was clean and easy to access!

Ok for two night stay, close enough to Cincinnati Open Tennis center

Pool was nice and beds were really comfortable.

The location is very convenient very close to the freeway and close to the stores and restaurant. The hallway smells bad and when I entered the room has bad smell too .
