Nice and clean!! Very friendly!! Website says breakfast, does not.

There were some maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of (dust around the A/C vents, light bulbs that were out), but we only stayed for a night and just dealt with them. Brought them up to the front desk upon check out, so hopefully they’ll be taken care. Otherwise, no issues and was happy with the experience given the price point.

I loved this place so incredibly much. The staff was so helpful. We stayed for 4 nights, I loved the guy that worked there, and the women was so funny!! And had conversations with me, gave me some free waters!!! Awesome place. Will visit again.

Cleanliness n location

They also hated everything I did, even when others did the same, they say they don’t allow cats, but they do, and their hallways ended up smelling like cat piss, even after I brought it up. They didn’t help with any of their hotel jobs and were very bossy considering how much they got from me weekly and considering all the crackheads that stay there with their multiple cars. They were friendly until they find one thing to hassle you about then come at you about everything.

Desk clerk extremely professional and courteous Bed seems as if it had hairs on/in it

As mentioned in other reviews, the hallways smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. The room itself had a dog urine smell and there was definitely something crawling around in the ceiling. Overall this was not a pleasant experience.

Bed was reasonably comfortable. The bathroom really needs some shelves or surfaces you can put your personal belongings for shaving or brushing teeth. There is a pedestal sink, no towel racks, and no shelves. Also it would be nice to have a remote for the TV that will let you change the input source so I can attach a laptop and watch whatever I want.

The room was large enough for 2 adults and a dog. The room smelled of tobacco. Bedding felt dirty.

Location and price Smelled like an ashtray. Our non-smoking room had cigarette ashes all over the bathroom floor

The water pressure is the only good thing I can say about our stay at this location & facility. The place was disgusting. Absolutely filthy. Things were damaged in our room. The shutters had holes in them.. letting light in when trying to sleep. There were crumbs in our bed when we got there, raising the question if our sheets were even replaced after already being used... Literally everything was dirty.. floors were extremely dirty. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I felt unsafe using anything there for the shear fact of not being sure they gave us clean materials to use... such as towels and what not. Definitely was not worth the money spent. Extremely disappointing and would 100% NOT recommend.

Stayed for one night after a Kings Island trip with family and the room was really nice. Will definitely stay again

The hallways had an odor of smoke and weed. The bathroom was not very clean. Overall cleanliness was unsatisfactory. I do not plan to stay here again.

I had issues unrelated to the hotel on a visit to Kings Island. My cell phone broke and would not turn on. I borrowed someone's phone to get directions from the park to the hotel and they were very easy. Once at the hotel, the staff was kind and helpful. I used the "business center" which was little more than a very old and slow desktop on a cheap desk, but I was able to write down directions home and email my family that was 3 hours away and worried. The facilities were very dated. Brown decor everywhere. When I booked the room, though, I was more concerned about price, location, and being pet friendly. I ended up not bringing my dog, though. The room could have been cleaner. I saw some dirt/crumbs on the floor at the head of my bed. I couldn't make out going calls or calls to the front desk on the room's phone. Staff was very kind to forward calls to my room. Our room had a window facing the road and you could hear trucks and traffic. It didn't bother me, but if you are a light sleeper, it may be an issue. Overall, I was pleased. I did not complain to staff about anything. I figure they would have tried to accomodate me, though. The only thing that bothered me was the dirt, but I was really tired and didn't see any signs of bugs or dirt on the actual bed. I am just listing things to give others an informed account.
