Clean room, polite staff and the add evening meal was such a added plus

Breakfast and dinner included every night....the appearance of the hotel is generally more upscale than most other places of similar price point. Clean, great staff, and overall an excellent value

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and evening "snacks" were great, The hotel is clean and nice. The bed was a little lumpy, but comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when in this area.

This was our first visit to the Drury , but , now this will be my go to hotel no matter where I travel. At check in ,the staff member, I can’t remember his name, ugh, but he was so nice, and personable.. it was a breeze.,oh I have to say free WI-FI before I forget, he told us there is free breakfast and dinner, also complimentary alcoholic drinks with dinner, and the soda fountain Was available for free 24/7. The room was, very clean and the beds were very comfortable , we had a good night sleep. There was an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and exercise room, we swam, the pool was clean , not ice cold and chemicals were well maintained. The breakfast was not just continental , it offered so many hot choices, eggs,sausage, potatoes, waffles, biscuits and gravy..and so many cold options as well, everything was fresh,hot and always full. Dinner was so nice because we were traveling with our 1&5 yr old grandchildren, they offered pulled pork, baked potatoes, chili, hot dogs, nacho bar, coleslaw , salad and several other options. The staff member made a point of walking around to each table, asking how everything was and if we needed anything. Thank you to the staff at the Mason Oh, Drury ..we will definitely see you again

Check in quick and easy. Room was clean and modern, with a step in shower instead of a tub shower, (that one can easily slip in). Plenty of fluffy towels, washcloths… soap, shampoo, conditioner supplied in the shower. Everything clean. TV up to date with easy to control remote, great picture, and adequate sound. clean carpet, easy to use blackout drapes as well as obstructive drapes, so light could come in but people couldn’t see in. A real closet to hang clothes. Adequate lighting. And a central heat/cooling system which comes through vents… not the loud, noisy window unit which doesn’t remove humidity! Staff super friendly, neat and always checking to make sure things were ok. Breakfasts and dinners very good with a wide variety of choices. Pool and hot tub clean and well maintained, (one of the few places where the hot tub actually worked!! Several other hotels claimed to have a hot tub, but reported it was not working after arrival!!!!). Overall very quiet in my room, which made sleeping easy!! (I’m typically very sensitive to noise levels). The only drawbacks I had was a somewhat lumpy mattress that sagged… but I have a bad back and am very particular for supportive/firm mattress. Also, on Saturday and Sunday evening, after dinner, the hot tub was pretty full of kids as young as 3-4 years of age. Parents were watching them sitting outside the tub but not attentive and they were splashing and in and out, the 3 year old jumping into the tub!!! (Very dangerous!!!)

This is actually one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff was great. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great as well. I would 1000% stay here again.

Perfect. Great service at the front desk.

I strongly regret staying here. We were charged a deposit, but it was never returned. The room had a terrible smell, and the sinks were dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping guests, they made the experience even more frustrating. The food was honestly unacceptable — very poor quality, weak selection, and not worth the money at all. For the price we paid, we expected basic cleanliness, respectful service, and decent food. Unfortunately, we received none of that. I would not recommend this place and will definitely not stay here again.

Great staff, room, workout center, breakfast and a very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay, and if available Drury Inn may very well be our go to for vacation!
