Good location near the tennis center, but the room has much to be desired. The shower was moldy, had a used bar of soap, and all of the shampoo/conditioner containers on the shower wall were empty. The bed was comfortable but the bedding had stains. The breakfast and staff were very nice, but this was not up to our past experiences at a Holiday Inn Express.

Very convenient breakfast, check- in was quick and easy, nice staff, and convenient location to Cincy Open. The bathroom was not very clean upon arrival and didn’t seem to get cleaner throughout the stay. There was hair everywhere when we arrived. I would stay here again, but will be hopeful for a cleaner bathroom.

Great stay. Would recommend to anyone. The property was busy and the staff stayed on top of everything! Heather at the front desk went above and beyond for us!

Main entrance light was not working , washroom sink was clogged , no body wash soap , one of the beds mattresses had a bump it was old

Spacious room, clean, nice amenities. No outdoor patio from the rooms upstairs.

Stayed for almost a week and the staff was great! Our room was upgraded and clean. Close access to restaurants and ice cream!

Our family of 4( 2 adults, 2 kids) stayed for 4 nights to visit King’s Island. The check in was slow. The body wash dispenser was empty, and we told the housekeeper as we were leaving the room on our first day, and she nodded. Never refilled it. On the 3rd night, someone finally replaced our towels. Breakfast is what you expect from Holiday Inn. We had great experience from other Holiday Inn’s.
