This hotel was easily accessible from the highway and close to many major attractions and restaurants. The customer service was impeccable and the facilities were clean and well kept. Our room was cozy and comfortable. The bed was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay. Clean hotel and room. I wish they had free continental breakfast but there were plenty of places around. The area surrounding the hotel is very nice and feels safe.

The carpet was not clean in the room, in the hallway and at the elevator. I got out of the shower and walked in front of the refrigerator and the carpet was soaking wet from the refrigerator leaking. I called the front desk and they sent someone up to look at it. He couldn't fix it and they put an order in for the next day. The next day we went out for the day and came back and there was a note on the fridge that said it had been fixed. The next morning when we got up to get our drinks out of the fridge they were warm. Very disappointing. No complimentary breakfast.

Location and amenities. The staff didn’t do a good job at keeping the other guests from being disruptive. The lobby was so loud, groups of people were sitting around drinking while the kids were standing in the walkways, not moving for other guests. The floor above us was having some sort of relay running event that stopped for a few minutes after staff went upstairs, then started back up. The bed was not very comfortable and pillows were old and flat.

The space had excellent amenities for the price. The room was clean and spacious for our family of 4. In addition there is a walking path to the big complex next door where there is food and entertainment. There was an onsite bar and food service but we did not use it.
