Everything was wonderful. Staff bent over backwards to help. Very friendly. Room was huge and comfortable. They even brought me a box fan to help with some white noise. Would book again.

Conveniently located, friendly staff. My daughter left her cell phone in the room, and they promptly called and held it at the front desk for us. That is service that goes beyond expectations! I have stayed in several Hilton Garden Inn locations, and this one was more expensive than I was expecting. I understand this is probably standard rates for this area, but it caught me a little off guard. This will not keep me from staying here in the future.

The pool area was super small and dirty. The was a baseball championship going on in the area and there was kids playing baseball in the parking lot. There was being leaving alcoholic beverages and trash everywhere. Trash and wet towels were being left on the patio and in the pool area. The breakfast was $16.95 a person and at the room price should have been included. Also, this hotels needs renovation at this price.

I didn't realize that one of the external sliding glass door was jammed. Upon arrival, I got a luggage cart to bring my things into the hotel. I turned rapidly to go out to the car and retrieve more items. I ran into the sliding glass door which failed to open. This resulted in a knot on my forehead and a bruise on my left kneecap.I reported the matter to Miss Burns who was on duty at the front desk.
