The pool was not open and the snacks were 3x the price for a candy bar!

The pool was not open. That’s what I didn’t like because I had planned on taking my granddaughter there so she can enjoy two days of swimming, but the pool was not open so that’s why I had to cancel my reservation.

Hotel staff did not uphold their noise policy. Multiple complaints were made after neighbouring room was causing a disturbance until 330 in the morning. Travelled with young children and no one was able to sleep at night due to the noise. False promises were made upon checkout and nothing was rectified.

You love the hotel but every time I go there the last two years the pool has been closed. I don't understand it. How hard is it to fix a pool especially in the summertime

Breakfast is excellent as well as the hours available. The room was very clean and very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I typically do not leave reviews regarding the comfort of beds because comfort varies per individual. The beds are extra firm, but that may be other's preference. On my first night, I switched from one bed to the other, hoping that it was more comfortable, and thankfully, it was. I was able to sleep restfully for the next 3 nights. Perhaps the hotel should consider adding mattress toppers.

Thus, it happened on the morning shift.i checked in around two on July 24, 2026, in the evening. this was the second time on my arrival day. I didn't get two rooms i booked with double beds. They put the blame on booking. When booking, try to get in contract with property.They wouldn't answer the phone or respond to email. And this was the same cleck that was rude to me the first time about the same thing. I check in around the same time 2 in the evening. All i wanted was the two rooms with double beds i booked. I would have leftbut I couldn't find another hotel.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious and such a variety to choose from. The suite was larger than I expected, which I enjoyed. Checkin and out was seamless and fast.
