You love the hotel but every time I go there the last two years the pool has been closed. I don't understand it. How hard is it to fix a pool especially in the summertime

Breakfast is excellent as well as the hours available. The room was very clean and very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I typically do not leave reviews regarding the comfort of beds because comfort varies per individual. The beds are extra firm, but that may be other's preference. On my first night, I switched from one bed to the other, hoping that it was more comfortable, and thankfully, it was. I was able to sleep restfully for the next 3 nights. Perhaps the hotel should consider adding mattress toppers.

Nothing, i checked in on July 24, 2026, at 2 p.m. and i was treated so rude. Because i didn't want a king room. I booked two rooms with double beds. Thus, it happened on the morning shift.i checked in around two on July 24, 2026, in the evening. this was the second time on my arrival day. I didn't get two rooms i booked with double beds. They put the blame on booking. When booking, try to get in contract with property.They wouldn't answer the phone or respond to email. And this was the same cleck that was rude to me the first time about the same thing. I check in around the same time 2 in the evening. All i wanted was the two rooms with double beds i booked. I would have leftbut I couldn't find another hotel.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious and such a variety to choose from. The suite was larger than I expected, which I enjoyed. Checkin and out was seamless and fast.

The staff for the most part was friendly. However my room smelt very musty . The indoor pool was not available due to continuing renovations that online said were completed in May. I specifically requested the pool. I also have a bone to pick with expedia because I spoke with them. They said that I was correct about my issues,offered me a refund and hung up on me while they said it would be a few minutes to give me a credit. Very very disappointed

The room was clean & comfy. The breakfast was acceptable & as expected. The facility overall was clean. Parking was free & felt safe due to the location. Site was close to Metra train station which we used to go downtown. Staff was helpful & kind, though I felt like another person on staff would have helped. Pool was out of service & no notice or discount. Coffee machines in lobby were perpetually having an issue. (Just... have brew coffee, maybe? Ugh.) Trash in front of building was overflowing. Just needed another staffer, it felt like. The desk clerk did his best, but there is a lot to do to keep a hotel clean & operating.
