Quality Inn & Suites Matteson near I-57

In the pictures of this location, it shows a hot plate with eggs and sausage links or patties. It advertises a hot breakfast. The only thing hot is the waffle maker. That is it.

And I’m still waiting on that deposit to be returned.

Rooms was clean

the location The bed was not comfortable. there was a burn hole on the comforter. The elevator was dirty. The breakfast was poor. The fridge was leaking and ruined the food I purchased to eat the next day.

Standard hotel. Breakfast was weak. Litter outside hotel. Little noise at night

The location I had to change rooms twice because the room was clean, sheets had stains, furniture had finger prints all over it, side tables had burn marks on them, carpet was vacuumed and was filthy, last room had missing door chain. I tried to upgrade my room and asked what was the difference in cost, I paid $112 for a regular room and the suite was $114 and then the front desk person told me he couldn’t upgrade it bc I already paid. Customer service sucks, the front desk person seemed upset that I requested a room change because the rooms where filthy

Desk guy it owner tried to make me 150 dollar a night deposits for my lineman to stay there. Needless to say i changed to another hotel

Location Every area that we walked through or into had a different smell, none of which were good

Nothing The smell, it was dirty, no soap dish in the bathroom room smelled very badly bed was uncomfortable very poor quality of fabric. The worse hotel I have stayed in.

This is a previously defunct hotel, now owned by individuals who are more than happy to take your money and provide you no service. One of the most ridiculous things of the whole state was the bathroom light is on a motion switch with super bright bathroom lights so when you walk in there in the middle of the night all the lights come on in front of your face. Not a very pleasant experience. The bathtub and shower were retiled, and no enclave or shelf to put your soap or shampoo or anything. The carpet was disgustingly filthy, and the hallways just simply stank. And then while I was there the elevator even went out

This hotel was actually better than what I thought it would be. The room was very clean and the staff was pretty chill, the hotel is in a good location right next to the expressway and plenty of restaurants nearby. My only gripe was that you could hear your neighbors on both sides. If the walls were thicker I would give this hotel a 10 all across the board.

Clean room was very good

The smell permeating throughout the building was intolerable the glade air fresheners dispersed around the building should have been the first red flag, the building is dirty unkept and outdated the room had minimal lighting which was probably a good thing so you can’t see how dirty it really is. I questioned the smell upon arrival and the front desk guy wouldn’t even answer save your money this place is trash!
