I liked the price and the location. I also appreciated the breakfast being included, which is always a plus, and the free on-site parking. The staff was also friendly. The lobby area was very clean, and they had on-site laundry and a fitness room. The room was musty, and the carpet was old. The room looked like it was once two adjoining rooms, which was a plus because it had two bathrooms. The MAJOR issue with the room was that the first room you walked into looked like a crime scene. There was a very old couch which was extremely dirty, and we definitely did not sit on it or use the extra space for anything other than the bathroom. They would benefit from getting rid of all the carpet and the old fabric couches because they carry a bad odor and hella germs.

I like the room, bathroom, and location. The facility was clean and the staff was really friendly to help assist. The one elevator that takes 40sec to a min to close.

My check in went smoothly. However, my coffee pot did not work and my shower head was clogged. I went to have breakfast and found that it is was VERY CONTINENTAL; NO BACON/SAUSAGE NO EGGS, only cold cereal and a waffle maker.

From my experience my room was okay but I did see a few things that I did not like a bullet hole that was not really covered up. under the sink. It was all dirty for a moment. It looked like it was dry blood at the bottom of the sink in the bathroom and at the bottom of the door. I would say cool but you is around you know like restaurants. Other than that, yeah I won't book here again

Nothing. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I booked this hotel for 5 nights, on the 3rd night at 10pm I felt something bite me. I get up and there is a bed bug on the bed I did not stay this night because I was told I could stay in another room but they weren’t going to check the new room for bed bugs. They refunded me for 2 nights out of 5 but not the night I actually got bit and left. The front desk host was rude after I showed him the bed bug he told me it wasn’t a bed bug just a regular bug. He told me he couldn’t give me his managers name. The manager after 3 days of trying to get in touch with him, told me that they had someone come out to look and since they couldn’t find any bed bugs besides the one I had in the bottle that bit me, then they don’t have any and they can’t refund me. To spend my money here and be treated this way is sickening. Booking.com were of bo help for accommodation leading me to sleeping in my car for the night.
