Still waiting on manager on duty to contact her boss and get back with me about my situation. Showed her pictures also, not contacted as of yet!

Food was average but the issue is a rank smell coming through the elevator. Worse pillows I’ve ever experienced

It was my first stay at this property and most likely my last. I took a chance because their rate was lower than Holiday Inn Express. They need to refurbish this hotel, its very dated. The hallways have a strong musty odor. The guest rooms are uncarpeted. The bed wasn't that comfortable and you can hear the springs when you lie down. The TV stations are hard to navigate. The complimentary breakfast is horrible. And most of the people staying at this property look like they're rednecks.

The staff was always helpful. The property was clean. The location was secluded. The indoor pool was nice. The exercise room lacked free weights. I would have preferred a shop with snacks, drinks, and essentials over the vending machines

The Hotel smelled of mold and sewage. Not sure what was causing it. Our room stunk of dirty feet.

It smelled like mildew upon entering but it looks like they’ve done some updating which was nice too see. The rooms also had a distinct smell of mildew, not quite as strong as the lobby though. Overall a 6/7 out of 10.

The outside looked nice As soon as you walk in it smells like mildew, the room doesn’t smell as bad but the water stains on the ceiling were pretty big, the bathroom bathtub was awful it was disgusting and the paint was peeling.

The hotel lobby and the room looked clean. Unfortunately, I was in room 100 and it smelled like cat urine. It’s also the one closest to the side entry door and people were coming and going till 2:30 in the morning. I did ask to move rooms, but unfortunately, I had already taken a shower so they would not move me. It was an unpleasant experience and I will not stay there again.

Friendly staff, clean and remodeled rooms My room had an air conditioning unit that smelled like mildew/mold. I asked to be transferred to another room. I was told that there were no rooms like mine available. The manager said I could switch rooms but I would need to pay an additional $20 plus tax per room fee because they only had larger rooms available. Considering the air conditioner was moldy and smelled awful, I think I should have been moved to another room at no additional charge. The front desk clerk agreed with me that it smelled.

Free breakfast and parking. Nice staff. Room are clean.

There was a bandaid in the pool so I didn’t swim. It was also small and there was windows everywhere with workers outside which was uncomfortable. A little bit of hair in the shower. Small gym not bad but something to consider.

I did not like that my smoke was beeping all night and I have to wait till the next morning to get it fixed especially since I had driven from Florida and was tired

Shower current missing when we joined the hotel and had to call front desk for check.would be nice if they clean the room and change the bedsheet on second day of stay.

Pleasant stay. We will be back .

Moving rooms 4 times because of faulty basic amenities like AC andTVs. Hot and humid in hallways and lobby. Smell of Marijuana in one room they were going to give us. And in hallway several times! Pool room was so hot and humid I didn't even want to swim. Very noisy due to freeway so close. Not a good experience to say the least.
