When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed us that our reservation had been canceled and that the hotel was completely sold out. As a result, we had to find another hotel to stay in. What is most concerning is that we had all the details of our reservation and had even received a welcome email confirming our stay. However, the receptionist told us that our room was no longer available because it had been sold to someone else, leaving us with no choice but to change hotels at the last minute.

Comfortable bed Daily towel service Meet and tidy I asked every day if they could take a look at my shower because it was not producing any hot water and no one likes to take a cold shower in the morning and a cold shower at night every day you stay there for a week I complained every day and nothing was done about it Further, their toilets do not flush property in the water runs all night, and you can hear it

The carpet was dirty , humid and bad smell

It’s about a 5 minute walk from the airport It wasn’t cleaned properly. I have worked in the cleaning industry for over 15 years, I know it’s not easy but the things I found were absolutely not ok. I didn’t report it because I stayed at this same location before and also found things I didn’t like but I also don’t like to complain much. I was for sure will think about reserving a stay here again.

Very good Nothing bad

Helpful staff. 4am shuttle was available for 6am flight, but it was just a short walk across the parking lot to the airport. Can't beat the location for that.
