Must say the breakfast is super good!!

The room and stay were great! We were here doing some medical tourism so we're here for about 2 days. The staff was really nice. We didn't ask for any housekeeping while we were there. But the room was spotless when we showed up. Even the cleaning stuff was super friendly. Check and stuff with respectful and very helpful. The breakfast was great. Wouldn't change anything.

The pool was not well maintained. My child got injured at the pool. He cut his foot on the tiles.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was more than expected and good. Shuttle service was an added bonus. Had to remind staff for replacement wash clothes. Had to remind staff of previously added shuttle service.

Arbitrarily charge your credit card without authorization . More like a nursing home than a hotel . Very bad experience . Suites are located in a different building basically abandoned . Glorified nursing home , don’t go there

The staff working the breakfast every morning was amazing. Everyone all the staff was friendly very pleasant always greeted. Whenever we interacted with them. It was a great stay.

Light switch turns all lights off and lamps did not work unless light switch was on. Wanted to control both sides of the suite individually. Amnesties describe two grills and no grill was available. Hot tub was not working

They have two hot tubs and neither were working. Nothing was noted about being “out of order” during booking and the hot tubs were the only reason I booked this hotel.
