Studio 6 Mcallen, TX

I reserved my room a month ago I believe I get to studio 6 to check in I left studio 6 came back to the room at 10pm to rest n they give me 309 as my room I walk in and the whole room dirty beds not made no blankets no nun mold on the wall and restroom dirty n the whole room dirty I brought it to the attention of the receptionist and he went and check the room and saw I was not lying so he kindly called manager they offer me another room. It was clean but it was a nunsmoking room. When my reservation was with a double bed smoking room. But other then that it was okay and I was able to rest

The location was great, practically close to everything. So I arrived earlier than expected and I couldn't get checked in early. Had to sleep in car till room was ready. When it was-the room wasn't that properly cleaned. They had all morning and the 5 hours I had to wait, yet the floor was sticky, the bed was stuffy, even the curtains/windows weren't cleaned. A/C barely made the room cold, and the stove wasn't fully operational(in which i could only use 1 stovetop)

nothing When I tried to check-in, They told me, if I use card for payment, they’ll charge extra 5 percenr, but if I pay in cash, no charges at all. Booking.com didtnt mention this in the booking. To me, it sounded like a SCAM!. Though it was so inconvenient on my part, I cancelled the booking and went to another Hotel. sorry booking.com but I think you failed me. Trip.com is better.

Very poor condition. Drains and plumbing very poor. Would not stay here again.

Location and staff Remote didnt work even after exchanging it. Sheets were stained. Fridge was dirty on the outside.

Air conditioner was really good and the kitchen have all you need to cook.

The location The room was not clean. Floor was not clean, corridor smelling like pee, room had bad smell. Kitchen sticky. I will seriously not recommend this for even a night stay. I wonder how hotels in America get their stars. I won't even give it a 3 star. The Internet is just on/off. there is no need to rely on the Internet for work.

The rooms were clean nice and cool The setting of the motel was unsafe. I had strangers running up to the car yelling at me. The bed was dipping in the middle and rolled inwards. I felt trapped in the room due to the layout of the emergencies happen to be screwed. I just felt unsafe and we left early. Just not happen. Worst stay at Motel 6

Nothing ! They gave me a room that stink cigarette. They changed the room: I entered the room - a cockroach on the bed and another one on the wall…
