The Halloween decor was absolutely too much. It did not look tasteful. It was hard to get bedding for the couch bed. I had to go down to the desk to speak with the attendant myself. We were first told there was no bedding available and suggested to use towels. However, it was fixed after going down to the front desk personally. That really put a dampener on the one-night stay for us.

Staff was really friendly Napoleon was very helpful, we asked if we could hang out by the pool a little after 10 and he extended the time for us. That made us feel appreciated. And there was sand in the shower when I used. If this was about staff they would get an excellent score- it is though about consistency of service. Thank you!

When making this reservation, I was NOT expecting such a nice experience. The hotel is top notch! Clean?..... check. Plenty of parking? .... check. Amazing staff?.... check. The room was HUGE! It had everything as it had been advertised. Will definitely be staying there again.

Everything about the room, staff and parking was fine for the cost spent, except we thought the breakfast seemed not very fresh, the bread products kind of dried out, and the same with the sausages and bacon. If a hotel is going to provide that type of breakfast, it should not be as though it was just warmed over.
