The outlet doesn’t work in the wall, the towels are very very small and the floor are dirty too The bag of the WC even doesn’t change before i made the check in…

Clean room before placing the next booking

Stains and critters everywhere and overall not clean.

It was terrible, the bathroom had urine stings, extremely dirty, bed sheets were with

bed bugs in facility

Todo viejo y sucio 👎

It was a good stay just a bad weren't that comfortable but I know you get what you pay for thank you

I didn't like anything air-conditioning was not working properly dirty

Needs some work done

Room had bugs and smelled. AC didn’t blow cold air. No fridge/microwave. No garbage bin. Restroom was dirty and no garbage bin. Tube was dirty. Didn’t feel like a safe place for my kids to stay for even one night. I booked another hotel within 30 minutes.

BEDBUGS ALL OVER THE BED

La atención de la persona que me atendió fue pésima y supergrosera

Very poor

I liked how clean and staff was very welcoming The bed had so many indents and ac wasn’t working. Was humid throughout the stay.

Hotel is in bad condition Everything

Air conditioning not working after in the room for 2 1/2 hours the floor patch with plywood floor was wobbly ask to another room staff if me another room. This room air conditioning not working too and the smoke very strong coming from another room from little door in between rooms so bad smells can’t stay . Llegué tarde de un vuelo, me acuesto en la cama y después noto mojado en el piso, pues había una fuga de agua en el baño, estaba todo encharcado, muy mala experiencia que tuve. No pude ni usar el baño.

Smelled like cigarettes

Muy sucio el baño,camas en. Mal estado olor a cigarro en la habitación
