Clarion Inn near McAllen Airport

Bugs coming out of the outlets, was told the previous night by front desk they’d have someone ready for airport shuttle at 5AM, no one ever showed up and no one at front desk to even ask. Bed was stiff hard and towels were dirty. Would not stay here ever again.

I was very unhappy with my stay. The hotel does not look anything like the pictures online. There were no channels to watch on the t.V.there was barely any water pressure in the shower. The bed was very uncomfortable. This was not worth a price at all.

Maybe 2 rolls of toilet paper and not just 1

Staff was friendly Location is very close to stores $40 dollar Deposit Due to "system issue " No option to pay with credit card. No option to pay via the app. Clerk tried to enter card details manually and didn't work. Only cash and no cents change. The room was poorly maintained (pictures) Only 2 towels total No ice bucket or disposable cups No hangers The manager it's not even paying attention to the room conditions and neglecting fixing the smallest things (even when charging a deposit) Avoiding in the future for sure.

There is nothing to like about this place. I don’t understand how can it have a grade of 7 out of 10. I read some reviews saying the breakfast was good, and someone even said “very good” but I strongly disagree. It is not bad but so very poor variety. 1- smelly rooms (210 & 225) 2- awful tv installation; wires hanging. 2.1- no cable only air antenna. 2.2- from 28 channels programed only 12 can be seen (most of the time). 3- torn carpet 3.1- no lamps on night tables 3.2 and the worst- no blackout blind!! 3.3-bed is terribly made. 4- WiFi comes and goes Just see the pictures.

The room was clean and spacious but the a/c wasn’t working well,breakfast is amazing and they provide airport shuttle services

Nothing , booking charged my on my credit card and the lady on the front desk she told me I need to pay because they couldn’t pull my payment from booking, so I had to pay again ,was around 10:30 pm I was tired from my trip , I was driving about 5 and plus hours from Houston and I wanted to rest , so I ended up to pay again, then I contacted booking and I contacted the hotel after, to get my money back, booking answered but the hotel never answered back , so till today I haven’t received my money back, even I don’t understand why this hotel in in booking is nasty hotel , the floor was dirty , no soap, mattress are very worn out, walls are with patches they just paint over it , I will not recommend this hotel at all … Nasty , the floor was dirty , the sheets had white spots , not soap on the bathroom , parches on the wall, smelling room, bad communication with the hotel…

Pool not safe underwater light fixture on deck . Very poor repairs to room tv has antenna not functioning. Beds are horrible no way a 4 star staid in another hotel

The pool was so dirty, the toilet didn't flush and you could hear everything outside

This place is horrible! A/C not working and dirty all around. We did not stay in our room. We had to book elsewhere.

The room was cold Our view out the windows consisted of broken and tossed toilets and other trash, the bathroom door was falling apart. Doors open showing some rooms used as storages with mattress and other junk

There was blood everywhere place was disgusting

It was good for the price No ice machine

The room didn't get as cold as I would have liked but it did it's job.
