Worst stay. A/c went from 74 to 75. Front desk wasn’t available upstairs for some reason at night and then was dismissive, rude, rolled her eyes at me, wasn’t wearing a name tag, and talked back to me over and over while being sarcastic.

I got to my room there was still trash from a previous stay under the cabinet bed had stains Asked for extra towels there were no towels The washer was broke in laundry room The fitness center was nice and the pool was a good size too

Room had sewer gas smell, I reported it to the staff, water was very slow to get hot, microwave unplugged, coffee only had 1 regular & 2 decafs… who drinks decaf anyway, everything else was good!

The lobby smell was horrible. Our room was out of soap. They didn’t vacuum the floors. Hair in the bathtub. No tissues. We asked for replacements and didn’t receive them.

Entering the property felt a bit like entering a secure government building, with one narrow automatic door in a narrow walkway. The highway noise was as bad as we've heard anywhere we've stayed in the past. We ended up finding another hotel, and attempted to get a refund through Expedia since we'd booked with them, which was useless ( they offered a $25 future booking credit ). The IHG site only offers communication with an AI chatbot, which was equally useless. Lesson learned the hard way, but hoping to save other travelers from suffering the same fate.
