The lobby smell was horrible. Our room was out of soap. They didn’t vacuum the floors. Hair in the bathtub. No tissues. We asked for replacements and didn’t receive them.

Entering the property felt a bit like entering a secure government building, with one narrow automatic door in a narrow walkway. The highway noise was as bad as we've heard anywhere we've stayed in the past. We ended up finding another hotel, and attempted to get a refund through Expedia since we'd booked with them, which was useless ( they offered a $25 future booking credit ). The IHG site only offers communication with an AI chatbot, which was equally useless. Lesson learned the hard way, but hoping to save other travelers from suffering the same fate.

It was a nice hotel but had a couple of issues! They were fixing the hot water and me and my family had to use a room next door to us for us to shower that was an inconvenience!

Lobby looks clean Room wasnt ready literally 3 hours after checkin hours. Even the staff wasnt helpful at all. Gave me a reach around answer that did nothing but prolong, Im tired, my wifes tired and kids tired. Cooped up in a vehicle after a long drive and having to wait even more.

they have free shuttle service on the website but actually they do not provide it. then there are many alternate hotels near to the airport and restaurants

The room was clean and did not have any issues. Check in was easy and the staff is very friendly.

Staff, location to hospital, room, fitness room were all great. The only question/issue was there was no tv in the living area of our suite. I would still stay again.
