Cleanliness Nothing

Room was very clean and comfortable. No noise. All you need from restaurants and shopping at close distance.

Everything was perfect nothing out of place.

Disappointing

First bedroom smelled bad. They changed me to another room and it had bed bugs, I could not sleep broke up in rashes and they gave me a disinfectant to spray on bed. I did not sleep at all and had a state board exam in the morning which lack of rest and sleep affected me. The room had no towels, no tissue paper. Worst place ever. The front desk took towels and that is what I used to lay down. I want my money back!

It was nice and quiet, the front desk lady was really nice and friendly!

Exceptional

Location and the amenities included. We’ve been there multiple times and we always enjoy the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff attitude, but unfortunately this last time the front desk lady changed our room 3 times! The first time because it has bad odor, the second one the shower didn’t properly work, at the end the last assigned room was ok but it seems a lack of cleaning staff. During the time I was not the only one that changed room, there were a couple of other customers complaining about other issues. Hope next time they have this inconvenience solved, because it’s a great hotel.

The jet all my needs n concerns.

Worst stay. A/c went from 74 to 75. Front desk wasn’t available upstairs for some reason at night and then was dismissive, rude, rolled her eyes at me, wasn’t wearing a name tag, and talked back to me over and over while being sarcastic.

I got to my room there was still trash from a previous stay under the cabinet bed had stains Asked for extra towels there were no towels The washer was broke in laundry room The fitness center was nice and the pool was a good size too

Room had sewer gas smell, I reported it to the staff, water was very slow to get hot, microwave unplugged, coffee only had 1 regular & 2 decafs… who drinks decaf anyway, everything else was good!

The lobby smell was horrible. Our room was out of soap. They didn’t vacuum the floors. Hair in the bathtub. No tissues. We asked for replacements and didn’t receive them.

Great service and room was clean and smell nice
