Rooms were clean. But property needs some maintenance outside and the breakfast was not good. Staff was helpful. The AC was good too.

Room was spacious and clean. Towels were a bit small. Could easily hear people above you.

There were also a few maintenance issues. The doorknob on the restroom door was broken off, and the closets had no lighting, which made it difficult to see our belongings. For a two-day stay, only two towels were provided, which was not very convenient. Another disappointment was the breakfast. It did not match what was described on the hotel’s website, so our expectations were a bit higher than what was offered. One positive thing I will say is the location. The hotel is surrounded by many stores and good restaurants, which made it easy to find places to eat and shop nearby. Overall, with better maintenance and more accurate descriptions of amenities, the stay could be much more enjoyable.

Room was in good shape and clean , but they have a horrible house keeping policy . Rooms are not serviced pretty much for the week you stay there .

Nothing The room had a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in—a mix of urine, smoke, and mustiness. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom door was difficult to close, and there was a used towel on the floor when we arrived. Even the breakfast cereal was stale. I reported these issues to the front desk, but they refused to offer a refund or any meaningful solution. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.
