It was my best place to go! But something never in my life had happened like no problem I don’t have speakers I sleep with music on! Ok now it’s go to not like. it was always private n like they know me like I rent there but give me same room over n over so they should put me in a room where the bottom is not check in , At 530 I heard some hogs snoring horrible so I turn on the iPhone music n I hear banging n banging all the time and I’m like ok! Then the staff called em do u have a baby inside I’m like no! He’s like I got a complaint from the bottom room turn off ur music that I payed n it’s on iPhone so I’m not n I grab my stuff n left ! Like they lost a good customer . I'm young I don't know about the people on bottom I should have complaint first cuz I was hearing they were banging on the roof of there room the snores hprrriblke I get my iPhone n turn on madonna then I had a child crying n turn off music if they want me back they should put me in a top room no one on the bottom worst never had happened

Absolutely dreadful experience. First, the entire room just smelled musty. On top of that the AC barely worked. There were lizards everywhere *inside the room*, when I took a shower I put my hand on the handrail in the shower getting ready to use it to keep my balance, and as soon as I lightly touched it, it fell off. After the shower, the water in the tub was still ankle deep, and it remained as such for the remainder of my visit. I brought the issues to the attention of the staff, and nothing was done about it.

Horrible service and did not get what I was advertised and they did not want to advertise and kept watching who was visiting me so we can leave to go to go out and kept bothering me abojt who can be in the room

Great location. My room was in a back corner and was difficult to get to.

If you plan on staying one night, you can forget about the room being cool. I stayed 2 nights and it took the ac a full day to barely cool the room. Talked to the manager about the ac and he said althea rooms were going to be the same
