Comfort Suites McAllen Airport and La Plaza Mall

Didn’t stay because room smelled nasty, they gave me another room and fridge was leaking water bad experience

Good service and confortable rooms Disgusting breakfast, I hade to wait for 40 minutes for eggs to be served again and when they were served, the eggs were swimming in some type of liquid, undercooked and no taste at all.

Desayuno orrible camas super aguadas sucias las paredes el personal grosero

It's very comfortable and clean, it also had breakfast and a fridge which we needed. Also near the border. The gym closed too early, they told me it was 10-10, but when I went there at 8:45PM or something, it was closed. I wanted to use it.

The breakfast is very very simple

Everything was a good experience The breakfast is very very simple

Did not eat breakfast and location was good. Shower did not work and I have been calling the manager for 2 days and she has not responded. Explained to the young lady at the desk that the spout did not have a lever to turn on shower and I don't think she believed me. Will NOT book again!

Absolutely nothing TV did not work, phone was disconnected in the room, once I connected it to call front desk about Tv the phone instantly thru speaker made loud static noises which gives me the impression of why it was disconnected as well as alarm clock radio. Upon opening drawer from tv stand a thong and electronics and clothes were in the drawer still I’m assuming from a previous renter not sure. When called front desk to complain about tv and dirty clothes left behind in drawer. Front desk said they had no other rooms available and maintenance would enter till 9 am mind you check out is at 11 pm and would not give me a cheaper rate from the 150 I paid for a bad stay and inconvenience. Due to the fact I booked with booking.com
