Advertised pool and sauna but neither was available on that property

I was not allowed to go in until 2:50ish although rooms were ready. I had requested early check in cuz traveling and had to change to attend a women’s conference. I had to change in my vehicle. They said that because I booked with a third party, they couldn’t change my room to a double bed room which I could have occupied earlier. See above

Breakfast is good , clean, ambience, enough space, Door was not locking , some issue. But since we stayed overnight that was okay. Only during breakfast we informed about it. Cost is higher than usual even after little promo i used.

Very clean rooms, standard appliances in the room.

Great location close to airport. Shuttle to airport. Free breakfast with good options. Accommodating staff.

My children and I enjoyed the pool and our room . It was really nice. Will consider coming back again 😀

They're about to close this hotel and they were short in staff and also pool was not open

Nos dieron una habitacion para personas con capacidades diferentes y el baño no nos fue funcional, ( no nos dimos cuenta cuando entramos a la habitacion) solo había un espejo en el baño y teniamos que esperar a que salieran para poder entrar.

Clean nice staff the only issue We had is that our ac unit was not working properly the room felt humid and and somewhat hot

Everything was great but one of the reason why I booked my stay here was because they had a hot tub. It was out of order for our stay, I was looking forward to a relaxing night after not taking a mini getaway in over 2 years.

Great place to stay

on my reservation it ask what time i prefer check in i put 12-1pm (normal check in is 3pm). I arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm when looking for my room. My sons rooms were listed. Mine was listed by my first name. Then I was allowed to early check-in. but was NOT allowed to check in the other 2 rooms. SAME CREDITCARD WAS USED FOR ALL 3 ROOMS!!! made no sense.

The room was clean and comfortable despite the construction going on downstairs.
