Casa De Palmas, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

This hotel is my go to every time I’m in McAllen. It’s convenient to downtown to do all the shopping needed and there’s great restaurants to go eat. Trust me your stay will be amazing

Very old; did not feel clean; hard to reach room service and front desk at times.

Very nice hotel. Didn’t like the fact that when I booked it said the total was 130 and when I checked in I ended up paying 180

Breakfast was extremely good and the Service was amazing!!!!

The staff was awesome. Room was very clean. The bar was great. We were provided with a free drink voucher. The nachos were delicious. Margaritas were very good. Also hotel has a Happy Hour!! Will definitely return.

The hotel itself is in an ideal location. I love the historic charm. The landscaping is just beautiful. Aside from this, the rooms are a bit outdated. They could be refreshed without losing the charm in my opinion. The bed was comfortable but the bedding was just okay. My sister’s room, booked at the same time was very warm. She was unable to reach the front desk and by morning she just decided to deal with it since we were only staying one night. The breakfast buffet was not included with our stay. It was reasonably priced and had a pretty good selection. The attendant was wonderful and very accommodating.

Older property but a nice place with good amenities in a good part of town.

Very bad experience first of all needed help with my luggage the guy took forever to find me a luggage cart 2nd I rented the room for the shuttle and I called front desk 1 before I need to be at my event and supposly no driver.. I called 2 before my stay wen I booked it and the day before I got there they said they would drive me with 0.3 Miles omg I could of stayed sum were cheaper with better ammentuies...

Breakfast is, generally speaking, a regular situation but I recommend going across the street to Nerve or down the street to Staccato for coffee. At night there's Roosevelts or Nopalito's all within walking distance to go enjoy. The staff is always amiable and helpful, and the rooms are comfy and familiar. I come back to this hotel time and time again.

Pool was fantastic for cooling off on a very hot day and the property was festive and fun! Had a great stay!

The room was clean except for 1 cockroach found in the bathroom.

Would definitely stay again, very clean facilities
