Casa De Palmas is a beautiful hotel. I felt like I was at a Mexican Hacienda. The room was very comfortable and the pool was steps from our patio door. I loved my stay and I look forward to returning soon!!!

Staff were not friendly and seem put off if you asked a question. The area itself is lovely with all the food trucks and location. Hotel was beautiful but does need remodeling. It is a historical place.

The court yard was beautiful… And the Manager was very professional We had no WiFi Internet to accomplish work from laptop.. Also bought 2ea. Breakfast buffets To carry back to the room, they took a long time to charge me once I made it back to the room the key to enter the room would not work, I had to go back to the main lobby and wait in line for them to reactivate card… Made back to the room and key still would not work once the situation was settled my breakfast was cold and not eaten…

OLD AND DIRTY. TOILET WAS PLUGGED THE WHOLE TIME, CRACKS IN THE BATHTUB, AND IT FELT SLICK AND DIRTY. THE BEDDING WAS OLD AND THE TOWELS TOO. NO COFFEE IN LOBBY. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE REMODELED OR REDUCED IN STAR RATING.

Disappointed with checking out. Asked for a late checkout and we were only offered 30 minutes. The refrigerator was not working, no soap in the shower.

The hotel is a historical insititution, but it really needs an update in the rooms (too dark and fixtures outdated), the restaurant also needs a refresh. Free airport shuttle was a perk.

Beautiful place to stay comfy bed and soft pillows!

We are repeating guest and just enjoying staying here and its close to family

Area was peaceful, calm and rooms were clean. Pool was well maintained and staff was very friendly, curteous and professional.

I thought my experience was gonna be better. When I got there I thought I was gonna be able to get a beer and the bar was closed. In the morning I wanted coffee and the coffee pot was empty. I usually get so much more at the double tree.

The Gentlemen at the front desk when we were trying to check-in.Was to busy looking at his phone. We stood do there for a 30 second or two as he looks before he acknowledged. He clearly saw us walking with a baggage.He clearly was more interested on his phone. At no point , did he let us know that we have to ask for the room to be clean. That was very disappointing. , it wasn't until the next night that we saw him at the front desk to ask for extra pillows that I asked why wasn't our room cleaned. He responded, oh, you're supposed to let them know I remember you last night.I didn't tell you that I said no , you were too busy looking at your phone. I said thank you. We went to the bar to have dinner our first night and marisol, the bartender ignored us, treated us with disdain.And we only tip well , because we were afraid we get bad service for the rest of the trip. I may not be spelling.Her name correctly, but she spoke very little English, which I am fine with, but it's the disdain and the lack of interaction.She just stood there , talked and ate and ignored us. Other than that, it was a very fantastic adventure.Please check out the taco trucks across the way.Amazing.
