My wife most liked the uniqueness of the hotel... it was not a cookie cutter hotel and gave the feel like you were somewhere else, in a tropical paradise somewhere.

All around great experience from start to finish! From check in to check out the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beds were so comfortable & the whole property was very clean. Really convenient location to everything in the area as well! Plan to be back, for sure!

This place was really nice. And I couldn't believe how affordable. I got a king bed couch with a pullout mattress and that could easily fit the whole family. The pool area was beautiful and well kept. Parking lot was nice and I was able to park near my room. 10/10 definitely coming here again when I visit McAllen.

Very nice property that I visited for the first time for a family funeral. The only thing I did not like was the way doors slammed shut when someone would leave their room’s. Other than that everything including staff was great!

There was still hair in the bathtub drain when I arrived in the room. I attempted to order room service with eventual success - it kept going to a voicemail that was too full to leave a message. It was also confusing what ext. to call (I tried them all) as the information on the tv and the in room menu had two different exts. listed. I then had to call the front desk twice to get to the appropriate place to order.
