Property looked upgraded and nice. Our room sheets were NOT replaced as we discovered syrup on them upon going to bed. Syrup was also on some drawer handles. Shower floor was slippery. Breakfast was mediocre.

Incomplete no iron no control tv no coffee maker

We were on the second floor. Whoever was on the 3rd floor kept running and jumping all night. Sounded like a stampede. The walls were so thin we could hear everything. Eggs were burnt.

Rooms were not clean, had a stain on the sheets. room had numerous hairballs everywhere, elevator did not work

The air conditioner broke and leaked all over the carpet. Instead of moving us to a different room, they just came in and put a fan on the carpet to dry it out. The handle on the shower broke multiple times. We would have to screw it back in. Housekeeping even screwed it back in once and it still broke. But, we were grateful to have a place to sleep, as my step-dad was in the ICU and we were going back and forth to the hospital.
