Everything was great

this is a wonderful hotel for a budget stay, I think they were a bit overwhelmed with how many people came down for breakfast, but they kept it together. Only bad thing is their elevator kept going out since we were on the fourth floor. It was a bit much, but things happen. I don’t blame the staff or the hotel.

room is very spacious with a great pool area

Stayed at the this hotel several times and their elevators are not working for a portion of our stays. Their exterior plants are distressed and don't seem to be watered on a regular bases. The rest of the hotel is very nice and clean

UNFORTUNATELY THE ELEVATORS WERE DOWN FOR 50% OF MY STAY. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS EVEN THOUGH I HAD MY DISABLED SISTER WITH ME. WE WERE EXPECTED TO WALK UP TO THE 4TH FLOOR 2 DAYS IN A ROW. I TRIED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION AT 2PM WHEN I RETURNED TO THE ROOM MY 2ND DAY AFTER FINDING OUT THAT THE ELEVATORS WERE STILL. NOT WORKING. I WASN'T EVEN OFFERED A DISCOUNT OR AN APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!!!

Me entregaron la habitación a las 4:30 de la tarde y no funcionó el elevador

During our two-night stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham McAllen La Plaza Mall, we had a very disappointing experience. The elevators were out of service, and we waited over 10 minutes without anyone at the front desk informing us, even though they saw us waiting. Another guest finally told us they were broken. This was especially difficult because I was traveling with three elderly adults: my husband has bilateral leg prostheses, my mother has a hip prosthesis, and my father is also elderly. We had luggage and shopping bags, asked for assistance, and no one helped us. The breakfast was poorly managed, with insufficient food for the number of guests, and what was available looked unappealing. In addition, there were ants on the chair in our room, and my daughter was bitten. This experience fell far below the standards we expected from a Wyndham property. I request that this complaint be investigated and that appropriate compensation be considered for the poor service, lack of accessibility, and unsanitary room conditions that significantly affected our stay.

Elevator didn’t work. Ice machine didn’t work. only ice machine is on 1st first floor(Inconvenience). Had to walk down to front desk to get clean towels. Hot tub didn’t work. Construction in lobby. Stay elsewhere.

The service was great, the only thing we were disappointed was upon arriving in the parking spot was a used pair of female underwear, that was very nasty and disgusting

The hotel provided a pleasant experience. The staff exhibited a welcoming demeanor throughout my stay. However, I encountered an inconvenience with the elevators, which were inoperative. Regrettably, I was on the fourth floor at the time. Despite this issue, the hotel staff informed me promptly if I wished to continue my stay. However, it was a last-minute notification, as they had not previously mentioned the elevator problem before confirming my reservation, which was made the day before my arrival. Apart from this minor hiccup, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Les fallo elevador nuevamente. Eso de subir escaleras con maletas y bajar no debería aplicar para un Hotel de esa categoría. Deben de resolver esa situación por el bien de la marca
