Everything was good

I did not argue or respond negatively. I simply took the card, looked at her, and shook my head to express my disappointment. As I was leaving the window, she directed an offensive remank toward me, saying "You are not going to get an attitude with me, F***you." I found this behavior highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Guests should be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when reporting a problem that requires assistance. This incident occurred at La Copa Inn, located at 1010 W. Houston Ave. McAllen TX 78501.

Good sized room with clean sheets and towels. Security measures are not welcoming.

Good parking, secure, good rooms, clean, AC functioning good. There’s was no working WiFi the whole weekend.

I liked the location. The noise and that the WiFi connection wasn’t working.

Location Pillowcases were dirty. The door in the bathroom was broken. Has a real bad smell.

Location I found some stains on the blanket, it seemed like blood.
