It's at a nice location close to stores good walkway Cleane and organised

Room was clean and as advertised.

Location was close to downtown mcallen and the mall. Bed, pillows and chair seats and what you expect from a motel

was nice and comfy no problems at all no comment everything was excellent

I was very happy with the room. It was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Great location and very clean. Friendly helpful staff. The sound of the pool water feature which was close to my room was a bit distracting.

I like the location of the property. I also like that the rooms are very spacious and clean, and the bed is comfortable I don't know where the ixemachine is located.

I Honestly Can't Tell You. No Comment Grown men smoking in the pool area and leaving ashes in the pool so my son wasn't able to swim because of that and someone was fighting outside my room but never came to my door step

The rooms were decently clean. The location was convenient. Nice place.

Room was dirty! I found an eyelash in the bed. Looked like blood on the wall. Very unhappy. Experience was terrible. I will never stay here again. Was not worth the money, even if I paid $10.00…

I would like my money back or would like an explanation how were they able to use my account info without me being present or without having my ID... Someone use my account information without me being present which isn't mandatory to check for ID before checking in anyone a room....

That it was close to restaurants and room had a kitchenette Crevices on the the floor n walls, the walls needed repainting. Floors were dirty

Upon arrival found out we no longer had a reservation. Was told by management due to maintenance issues there were no rooms available on this particular location. Then was also told to call hotels.com on my own to figure out a refund which hotels.com had to contact them because they were not notified of said issue. Thankfully hotels.com was able to help with last minute booking.

En general todo bien, lo único malo es que tienes que hacer el check in desde afuera, en una ventanilla, a pleno sol, ya no dejan entrar a la oficina
