Hampton Inn & Suites McAllen

I booked two rooms, and both were really clean. The A/C worked perfectly, the beds were comfortable, and I liked that hair conditioner was available.

Tuve que ir directamente al lobby para el cambio de toallas. El desayuno deja mucho que desear horrible experiencia. Mejor decidí salir a desayunar. La al we a está muy agusto pero después de un tiempo comenzó arderme la cara y el cuerpo y a mi hija tmb. Creo que tenía mucho cloro o excesos de químicos Urge que si revisen ya que tengo inflamación en la cara Esto fue muy desafortunado me he quedado varias veces por la ubicación pero las chicas de limpieza no limpian bien, previamente me tocó ver cuando reciente me entregaron una recámara había pelos en la cama. Tuvimos que cambiar de cuarto y lo mismo había basura no limpian bien. En el área de refrigerador estaba súper sucio se nota que no limpian bien.

I enjoyed parking the greeting, and it is nearby all the major hospitals They need a bench outside for people who are waiting for pick up and drop off in the front

The hotel was clean in general. Rooms have not a comfortable size, they don even have a hair dryer.

This Hampton has always made me feel comfortable and safe I appreciate their great service!

La cama muy incomoda

We don’t have a pool at our home. With this extreme south Texas heat we rented a room with the main purpose of using the pool. When we tried to use the pool, we were told it was out of service since the previous day(s). Absolutely no expectation of when it would be fixed or sense of urgency to even act like they were trying to get what ever issue it had resolved. Pool day ruined.

Wi-fi wasn't great and the TV kept glitching.

The location and the breakfast was great. There were stains on the bed and sheets, shower had some mold on it. Ac stopped working and was leaking in our room
