Great Hotel to Stay at!

Place needs an upgrade but the bed was great.

I stayed for one night and felt like staying another. I loved how organized and clean it was. It felt like I was staying at an apartment. I loved how both beds were in separate rooms and each room had their own restroom. For sure I will be returning.

Again Terrible coffees Hallway smelled like mildew Windows on room so Dirty I couldn't see out of them Only 1 ice machine and it was broken Shower walls dirty

The mattress for the hideaway could be better. Maybe invest in memory foam sofa

I was never able to stay at the Residence Inn & Suites because they were overbooked when I arrived. I was sent to the SpringHill Suites on Ware Road and ended up being charged an additional $100 per night, which created financial hardship for me and my family. This was especially difficult because we were in town for my nephew’s wedding, and the last-minute change forced us to alter our plans.

We are happy we found a hotel that offers a two bedroom suite.

Wonderful place to stay, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay and the amenities were amazing. Definitely booking again!

The rooms are sooooooo comfortable! And it’s conveniently located to a lot of places on McAllen.

I like that each room get their privacy from the living room area/entrance to the suite. Each bedrooms get their own restrooms and their own tv. The refrigerator is big enough room to store foods and drinks in the freezer and fridge. I like the pool and the jacuzzi. The cafeteria is small enough to keep complimentary decent selections of complimentary breakfast. I don't like the smell in the hallway and suite. I don't like the BBQ grill was barely working. I don't like how the hotel has not replaced the light bulb before we checked-in. The hotel staff offered to replace it during our stay, but we have managed without the light bulb replacement in one of the bathrooms.
