Buen hotel, por fuera se mira opaco pero por dentro esta muy bien, no está tan lleno y tiene un bar muy tranquilo en donde puedes ver tus partidos sin salir del hotel

The shower hadn't been cleaned—it was still wet and there was hair on the floor—but the worst part was that there were streaks of feces running down the outside of the toilet.

The staff was wonderful! The room was in need of multiple repairs some of which were problematic. We reserved the largest suite. One of the bedrooms when our daughter was watching TV with her cousin on the two queens beds was discovered to be infested with ants. Though staff was prompt, so many issues already that this was frustrating. We travel extensively including internationally and have stayed in top notch facilities. Though this is stunning and staff nice, however, They are very ungenerous in providing some included amenities that most all chains give freely. They price gouge as well which is intolerable when you know what all other chains provide.Truly sad!
