Days Inn by Wyndham McKinney

Updated room was nice The tv didn’t work right asked them to fix it they did once and the same problem every hour. Hookers right there on property staying ! Was scared to death to leave my 7 yr old granddaughter in the room just to go to the car and back. The pool has a sign it would be open at 9 am it was open the night before. Front office said the maintenance guy opens it and doesn’t come in until 10 waited until 11 still not open. Front desk said they had an it problem and it was the number one priority. The first morning I asked a maid with a full cart of towels if I could exchanges towel she points to a clipboard shaking her head no. She said t desk. No coffee make that was advised no cups or ice bucket. Front desk said the ice maker was broken. I went to the ice machine pushed the button and plenty of ice came out. We were on vacation visiting family. We up and left after the 2nd night . No offer of refund for the remaining 2 days. So double hotel cost. Extremely disappointed. We will never book at a days inn again.

Not that presentable

Never not stayed at a hotel. Room was very dirty, door would not close all the way. I asked if there was a different room available, and would not confirm until she knew which room I was already in. Wyndham offered $8 in points. I would like a refund of at least one of the nights but am not getting anywhere.

The decor at check-in was bad. No decorations. Very dull and um welcoming. The outside area was trashy with litter laying around. The pool was nice but needed some maintenance around pool side.

Room was not as glamorous as the pic on the website. No channel guide in room, couldnt find football game I was looking for.

Not sure there was anything, my experience was horrible TV and Internet did not work, didn't try to do anything about. No electrical plug ins near the head of the bed, they had been capped off - so I had no place to plug my CPAP in. They would not give me a receipt until 11:00 (check out time) and would not email it either, I still can't believe it!!!

We did not end up staying at Days Inn. The reason is two fold: the main reason was that the room's temperature was very hot when we arrived as the cooling system was turned off. In starting up the room's cooling system it had a setting limit to cool the room...the air that the cooling system was blowing out was not cool. Added to the room being moderately clean only. We checked out of motel less than 30 minutes after checking in. We ended up staying at a nearby motel with better accommodations.

It was good for what i paid, clean! And helpful staff.

Room was clean. No breakfast as advertised. Check-in was easy and staff was helpful but check-out staff seemed put off like we were bothering her. Overall good stay for one night.

I didn't like that I had to call several times for my room to get swept. I asked 2 times for a broom so I could just sweep it myself

The room was well tidy, The bed was ok. good enough as a standard double bed. Comfortable and satisfactory. All was ok except the washing base that was physibly seen with crack. Especially room 225, which I was given. The cracked washing base is smelling because the base was blocked.
