Literally the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. The room was not cleaned before I occupied it, shoe molding was damaged, outlets barely worked. The walls are crazy thin and you can hear everything.

Not clean. Smelled like old cigarettes, even though claiming to be smoke free. Dead AC units stored in landing near elevators in common hallway. Leaky plumbing and rusty fixtures.

The hotel is pretty run down. The price and location was right but I’ve stayed in a few motel 6 and this one was the worst. Bathtub was leaking and bathroom door had water damage. Broken down appliances in the hallways.

Room had an old smell to it, AC/heater took a bit to turn on. During the night went to use the bathroom and saw a roach in the bathroom. Maybe an old building. Staff was sweet but just need an update.

Conveniently located to restaurants and downtown historic McKinney The room was in disrepair in some areas. The vinyl flooring was coming up on the corners so we had to be careful in walking to the bathroom in the night as not to stub our toe.
